[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not dispatched

I had applied for hdfc fastag on 20th nov 2019 by paying a fee of rs 500. On 23 nov i got an email and sms from hdfc saying the fastag has been successfully recharged. (Transaction reference number [protected]).
On 28 nov i got a message saying my fastag will be delivered withing 3-4 days.

But till date i haven't received my fastag and no other communication from the bank.

Hdfc has provided a customer care number [protected] which is busy all the time. There is no other option for the customer to raise a complaint with hdfc. I doubt whether the customer care number is even working. This is nothing but cheating customers.

We have dispatched your tag through Blue dart courier on December 12, 2019, vide AWB no. [protected]. The same has been delivered. Please confirm receipt of the same.
