[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not dispatched | |||
I had applied for hdfc fastag on 20th nov 2019 by paying a fee of rs 500. On 23 nov i got an email and sms from hdfc saying the fastag has been successfully recharged. (Transaction reference number [protected]). On 28 nov i got a message saying my fastag will be delivered withing 3-4 days. Customer id:[protected] But till date i haven't received my fastag and no other communication from the bank. Hdfc has provided a customer care number [protected] which is busy all the time. There is no other option for the customer to raise a complaint with hdfc. I doubt whether the customer care number is even working. This is nothing but cheating customers. Dec 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved They should have sent an SMS when the card was dispatched. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
