[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not received for my car

I have applied for hdfc fastag online and made payment of inr.500 on 14/11/2019 through credit card. Also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
Fastag application reference number hfr374141

Received customer id & wallet id on 24/11/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300.
But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
Fastag deadline already over but not received the sticker.
Please do the needful.
