HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not received the fastag | |||
I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but I didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from the bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. I tracked it and now showing status returned to Mumbai, the courier company was not contacted me. My Application number: HFR876347 Was this information helpful? | |||
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 08, 2020 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Your TAG was sent to your mailing address It was first sent through Blue Dart courier on December 18, 2019 vide reference number [protected]. The same is returned undelivered to the Bank with the reason Returned To Origin At Shipper'S Request. Hi, i have submitted the fasttag application on 31.dec.2019 and it says like with in 7 days i will get the Fastag. Still i did not get any update on that and not able to reach customer service too. My application reference no. is HR[protected]. Please look and resolve my issue. This kind of service makes me feel bad with HDFC.
