For Fastag transaction dispute on your Fastag wallet, kindly send an email (mentioning Fastag wallet id, Transaction date, Actual transaction amount and Transaction disputed amount) from your registered e-mail id to [protected]@hdfcbank.com
Also attach duly signed scan copies of below documents. 
1. Vehicle RC Copy 
2. Vehicle Image  
3. Cash Slip (If you are disputing for double debit, wherein the payment is done through cash as well as the amount is debited from Fastag). 
Note : Transaction dispute needs to be reported in writing within 15 days from date of transaction.

Note : You can get Fastag activation status and current.
