[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc food card

Hi team,

I am tcs employee. I have lost my food card and already blocked it through hdfc phone banking. Can you please help me getting new food card and to transfer the balance amount from old card to new card. I have already send request mail to support email id foodcardsupport. [protected]@hdfcbank.com but not getting any response.

Lost food card number: [protected]

My location: tata consultancy services, s. No. 238/239, quadra ii, opp magarpatta city, hadapsar, pune, maharashtra 411028

Also don't have any details of next visit of hdfc representatives to my tcs office. Kindly let me know the details asap so i can update the food card detail on my internal tcs portal 'ultimatix' and avail the benefits.

Yesterday I had done a transaction in IRCTC, but transaction failed. My amount not credited back. I trying to complent to customer service but not connected to customer service
