My policy no. Is 17946709. Due to my financial condition it is lapsed.
Now i want to renew it and i want to pay it, but amount showing is much higher than i had to pay i. E. Rupees 106715 instead of rupees 96618.
After talking customer executive they tell me this is all due to lapsation and interest. I talked him about spot revival but they didn't do it.
Kindly request you to give spot revival in my policy and complete waive my interest and revival fee.
Please waive my interest and revival fee.

    Cancellation of one assist membership
    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 5256 without my concern on date:30/09/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

    I have been charged depository charges of 700+ for demat account which I have never used.
    There was no intimation about the money deduction. How can you charge me without prior information. This is totally unethical. Bank can't take customer money just for granted.

      My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined other company and there was no credit of salary into my hdfc bank account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they told me you have to contact your hdfc branch and follow up with the request and close the account. After that i went to branch and had discussed with maintenance charges that time i have paid near around rs. 1000. As amb charges at branch with the help of ms. Bela and also i submitted manually application to close this account, but still i ma getting the same message "dear customer, a/c xxxxxxx charged rs. 3069 for non maintenance in september. Pls maintain req bal to avoid charges" i request you to please take action against this bank... They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

        I have booked a round trip flight using payzapp app and the booking got failed and when i called customer care they are saying that transaction is succesfull, but i didn't any tickets booked

        please look after my issue refund my money
        INST-ALERT CHG INC GST, HDFC Bank is charging and deducting 17.70/- in each quarter.. Would like to know the reason for deduction. And there is no intimation or justification from HDFC bank when discussed to HDFC support center.

          Hi, i have applied for home loan in hdfc bank ambala. I have submitted all the related documents to bank person mr. Harsh and mr. Inderjeet/ms. Anisha puri.

          After that they have demand for more documents, i have submitted that also. I have given one cheque of rs, 5700. After that they demand for 2300/- for advocate feed. I have paid that also in cash.

          After some days mr. Harsh demand for 20000/- more. I have paid that amount also. But the loan was not approved. When i ask him for the status of loan. Then he told me that ms. Anisha puri is asking for 25000/- as bribe to approve your loan. Then i demand for the receipt of 5700/-, 2300/- and 20000/- he told me that 20000/- given to mr. Inderjeet as bribe and 25000/- should be pay to ms. Anisha puri otherwise your loan will be rejected.

          So, i have not given that 25000/- and ask him to return my money. After that he is not picking my call. Hdfc bank is not doing good they are taking bribe to give the loan.

            I am maintaining account in hdfc more around 15 years. I never used credit card in my life and recently i got call from my relationship manager saying so may benefits of credit card.. Finally i agreed to go for one. She said it is life time free card if i register any utility bill, but not mentioned the period that i should register the utility bill. She send the executive and i have taken the card by ensuring that it is lifetime free. The executive also not mentioned anything about charges.

            Soon after i received my card, i moved to out of india and came back now. When i login to my hdfc portal, i noticed that rs 2, 500/ charged for membership fee and rs 450/- igst (I haven’t even used this card). My understanding was that i have to register utility bill, prior i started using it.

            When i called hdfc customer care, they said what ever the charges applicable i should pay, and closed the ticket.

            I could avoid taking card, if hdfc explains about the charges earlier itself. It make sense if they charge it if i am a defaulter. Here hdfc is utilizing the ignorance of the common people and charging huge amount - which is called cheating.

            I decided to move away from hdfc (Bank account, hdfc life etc.).

                  my self Amol .P. Garnokar and i am presently serving in central reserve police force at aheri distt. gadchroli. maharastra. i have swift desire belonging number M.H-40-BC-0263 and i took insurance policy for my car in january-2018. and my claim number- C[protected] received
                  when i was on 10 days leave for daughter's treatment (burn patients) and i started journey on 11/09/2018 from nagpur to akot with my family, parents and my childrens, same day incident happened while driving before 5 kms away from tiwsa near amaravati city and immediately inform to police station of tiwsa . i called emergency helpline and on guidance of them i went to the APSA BANDSON workshop private limited amaravati for repairing with the help of APSA mechanics . APSA manager contacted with HDFC insurance executive and inform about through out condition of vehicle and HDFC insurance executive namely PANKAJ SURSHE contact number- [protected] came there and survey of my car without any proper investigation just like police panchanama with witness evidences and report submit to APSA manager. APSA manager contacted with me on same day and discuss about the repair of car that time it should have two tyres of car and some other parts have damaged . but after spoke with PANKAJ SURSHE and he ask me again and again how to damage the car and i told him again and again i didn't know because i just concentrated to survive my family . i request him please give me a car as earliest possible after repairing due to i was on leave for the daughter's treatment . according PANKAJ SURSHE on the basis of simple overlook the car to repair my car within two days without any proper investigation and on 16/09/18 i called to APSA manager about my car situation and he informed me, car is ready but payment not received from HDFC insurance . now till date i am not received my car thats why my family and my parents those are aged and one of them is the paralysis patient are suffering to face so many problems and self becoming under frustration. because i posted highly sensitive naxal affected area of gadchirolli district for duty.
                  May kindly request from my heart please give me the benefits of insurance which is already applied by me and give proper justice to me with investigate of my car repairing with proper information like that how much benefits will get on incident place where incident was happened that is near tiwsa and not to observe car at workshop APSA amaravati.
                  Who will be responsible for mentally, physically and financially harassment from last 20 days.

                    Respected sir,
                    With humble submission I would like to inform you that I received a phone call regarding rewars points redeemption from [protected], [protected] at 11:04 am on 29/09/2018 where they asked my debit card number and details, initially I had a doubt on them so I asked them to confirm then they told me my Email id, Date of birth, and HDFC account number. then I gave them my debit card details then they told me that they will send a code and I need to tell them. unfortunately I told them then they disconnected the call, immediately I got a message from HDFC that withdrawing RS .8457.00( eight thousand four husband fifty seven rupees) in NOIDA at PLAY GOOGLE 1121386 on 29/09/2018 11:24:14 am.

                    I called HDFC customer care and I requested to block my account at 29/09/2018 12:45 pm

                    I kindly request you kindly take this matter and take necessary action against Fraud.

                    The same thing has happened with one of my friends on the 8th of October, 2018. This is something that has to considered ASAP. First of all, how come some random person can tell her, her account number and about the transactions that has been made on her card and all. How secure are our account details?

                    Same thing happens when we receive calls from Credit Card collection agents. HDFC Bank has the right to outsource their work. No problem with that. But why our card details and all? A third party caller tells my card number and my account balance. How can he be authorized to know my account details? HDFC Bank should do something about this. This is a matter of integrity and security.

                      My self bhalodiya nirajkumar devrajbhai.
                      I am visited hdfc bank kalawad road branch at rajkot, gujarat on 10th september at 11:30am.
                      I am applyed application on that day.
                      If you think i am lieing please checked cctv footage on that day.
                      I am meet the vishal sir.
                      And his mo +[protected].
                      He said that i am submitted your application and courier your physical application form to chennai branch on that day.
                      He gave me form application no cc36036537.
                      After 3-4 days not received any kind of sms from hdfc bank track my application on hdfc bank site.
                      It always shows no record found.
                      Then i call vishal sir, he said me that i am already submitted your application to my senior ma'am.
                      He advised me that you wait 3-4 days more.
                      So, i am waited 3-4 days.
                      After that i call ahmedabad nodal officer.
                      He said me that your application not generated since that day. (19th september 11:00am)
                      So, i call the vishal sir and tell him to all the things.
                      He said me give me 5 minutes i talk to ma'am what is your application status.
                      I said okay.
                      After 5-minutes i received a sms.

                      "we have received your hdfc bank cc app 18i[protected]w8. Pls type twv with passcode 501670 and sms to 5676712 to process your appln. Passcode is valid for 2 hrs"

                      Then i realized that vishal sir and ma'am play with my emotion.

                      Today is 20th september i checked my application status it shows no record.

                      So i am humbly requesting you to please proceed my application.

                          Unnoticed .DC INTL POS TXN Charges without my notice is done on 21st September 21st 2018, I was charged initially 601rs as my charge for tx made by me on 06th September 2018. That's ok. But again recently, I was charged 533rs as txn fee on September 21st 2018, without my notice. Pls let me know why it is done.

                            Dear Sir / Madam,

                            This is to file a formal complaint towards HDFC Sales in Bangalore. The company was recommended by the real estate agent (a well reputed company) and our previous experience with HDFC Student loans a decade ago (where it was a positive experience) made us agree to obtain our home loan from HDFC Sales.
                            1. The representative from HDFC Sales in Bangalore requested the documents from a 'Gmail.com' account which is unprofessional and unsafe to request from due to customer data protection and we have evidence of the same.
                            2. The documents were not requested all at once, there were several visits and knowing that we are NRIs the branch should have referred us to their overseas branch but did not as they wanted their commission.
                            3. We submitted an original General Power of Attorney which has been lost by HDFC Sales and false accusations made to our respectable family members.

                            Due to the lack of commitment, response, ethics and the points raised above, kindly resolve this complaint on an urgent basis before we take this matter up legally.

                                Hi Team,

                                Regarding Credit Card Number : [protected]

                                I am Santan Jha from Hyderabad having credit card of your bank at the
                                same time I am the corporate customer of HDFC bank (having salary
                                account in HDFC Bank).
                                Being a corporate customer I had been told by bank officer at hdfc
                                bank branch that I am eligible to apply for credit card online. I
                                applied for credit card through online portal and got the credit card.
                                After one month I started getting billing statement even though i did
                                not use my credit card for any shopping. Prompty i spoke to customer
                                care regarding this incorrect billing statement. While speaking to
                                customer executive I came to know that OneAssist services has been
                                activated for my credit card. Strangely, without my consent how this
                                OneAssist services has been activated for my credit card. Neither any
                                executive informed me about this OneAssist service nor I opted this
                                option to activate, same I had communcated with Customer Care
                                executive multiple times to stop sending me this incorrect billing
                                statement, because I am not accountable for this type of cheating. In
                                spite of this, frequently i am getting sms, automated call from
                                customer care regarding this outstanding payments, and it is samply
                                making me disturbed.

                                Again, I am not accoutable for this type of loss, when I did not opted
                                this OneAssist Service.

                                I already spoke with Customer Case Executed and they also raised below request

                                Even though the wrong tranction has been happend with my account on
                                25th September and and acccount has been deducted with Rs 1640.64/-

                                  We wish to sattle our father's saving account under deceased claim settlement ( expired on 04/09/2016 ). On approching to bank branch we came to know that there is a credit card link to the above account and we need to de-link that credit card from the saving account. We, actually dont know any thing about that credit card. Please suggest the procedure to de-link credit card with saving account in such a situations.

                                    My name is Augustin Gnanapal from Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu. my Acc No [protected], HDFC, Vannarpettai Branch, HDFC0000636 Tirunelveli(Near Vasan eye care). last 3 months every day I got a call from hdfc customer care numbers([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], etc). they tell "you are eligible for personal loan top-up offer", i replied them "don't call me again and again" this happens every day. if i am blocked one number they call from another number. yesterday also they call from this number [protected], so I got angry and shouting, they use some abusing words.

                                    1. If i need any loan i will conduct the bank or customer care..
                                    2. Why do they call me daily?
                                    3. Why they using Bad and Abusing words??
                                    4. Why they misuse my cell number.

                                      I have paid my insta jumbo loan emi for August month. I have not been given any details for loan repayment so I did payment asusual towards my credit card. But bank has taken the loan emi into my normal purchase and kept due for loan for that month.. As I have spoken many number of times in customer care they said for reversal and asked me to pay first both the emi i.e, Aug and September and I paid...it's been a week now I am waiting for reversal but not yet got.

                                        I tried to add a beneficiary in the morning to pay my son's fees. I got the message that beneficiary will be added in half an hour. However, it had not been added even though I logged in several times subsequently. There is no information about any customer care email id where I can lodge a complaint. I also tried calling my virtual relationship manager Triparna Chowdhury; but was unable to get through to her. Why is there no clear indication of where we can lodge complaints, or some organized process? I tried calling customer care, but was kept waiting for than 5 minutes without being put through to a live agent.
