Last week I received a call from cell number [protected] by Mr Aditya Sharma, confirmation department about a hdfc classic assure plus plan, policy number 10085328 dated 23/03 /2010. I was asked to contact Mr Rajeev Saxena on cell phone number [protected] about the said lapsed policy, which I had never taken. Fortunately I was busy and outstation and I received calls from Mr Sharma today asking me to call Mr Saxena, from the head office, which I have not done. I do not know how they had all my details like address, date of birth etc. I was fortunate to have seen these complaints. Please take necessary action.
