Hi, The above is my policy number which was taken in Jan 2021.

I was sold this by the sales team - Dinesh who claimed to be from HDFC bank and I later realized is from (Vizza Insurance Broking services)

The problem is that I was told if I hold a HDFC credit card, the policy will be converted into no cost EMIs, however after the conversion I spoke to the person to confirm how will I be charged? and if charged how will they reimburse. They confirmed that after I share the interest charges they will reimburse me to my account and hence converted to EMI.

Since then Dinesh has been absconding and is unreachable. I have been trying to get a hold of many in the organization but no luck.

Now this is apart from the Fraudulent gift schemes they promised. I only need the interest charges of my card to be reimbursed. Appreciate any help here as this is disheartening to see customers being cheated like this.
