[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc life group credit protect plus insurance plan - zero customer service

Hello all,

I got the hdfc life group credit protect plus insurance plan for my bajaj finserv personal loan and i want to surrender or cancel this policy now. When i call to hdfc life insurance customer care number[protected] they say that they do no have access to see the master policy related details and only through email id cp groupops support will be provided.
I sent so many emails to this email id but there is no response at all even after 5 reminders. I am totally frustrated with these fraud companies. They have the best customer service for channels email/phone/chat if you want to buy the new policy. But they do not have proper call center number to provide the services after we buy the policy. Shame on hdfc life insurance company people.
