Myself zainul haque quazi, i've been a loyal customer to the bank since 2012 and have never defaulted in my repayments to the bank but now due to some circumstances, i missed on a payment to the bank.
It takes a hard time to build a reputation and maintain an excellent cibil score.
If i've ever known this bank and recovery habits, i would've never taken any loans from this bank.
I have a personal loan as well as a credit card with this bank but in your tough times, this bank will never support you.
Especially the female staff is so cheap & hungry for their incentives & targets that they start harassing customers by calling them repeatedly.
Caller's name - priti jadhav/ priya singh (One lady uses both the names and called me even after 7 pm (Violating the rbi rules & rita mishra (She talks like slum type people), i can disclose their number if the bank needs but i will not make it public.
They even literally don't know how to talk... One thing is very clear that these people are not at all ethical.
My kind requests not to use any services from these banks whether it is a credit card or personal loan.
And new loan seekers boycott this bank.

    loan approved but money is not credited

    I have apply for a personal loan. Application no. 68150138
    All verification done from bank side.
    And i have got a message from bank that your loan is approved for 229000 with 48 months of emi.
    But till amount is not credited in my account. I have an emergency, called to executive but no response
    So please do the needful as early as possible.

    I have tried a purchase for pubg uc.
    799₹ amount has been deducted from my hdfc bank account with purchase reference as follows [protected]-tomgoogleplaymasterm.
    But the purchase has not been done and no uc is credited into my pubg account.. Please reverse my money or credit the uc by processing my purchase. I tried contacting the hdfc customer support but no response on this.

      I have requested for topup on home loan from hdfc bank ltd, as procedural documents they took blank cheque along with other documents.
      They first deducted my 3800 rs. And sent me email that we can not process your loan.
      How come they charge without giving loan.

      We are middle class people, depend on loan if bank start charging like this. How come we believe on bank.

Hdfc staff has demand me some documents for check eligibility, and said all is well, after 01 week 2 call recived for verfication and i given all answer, after that i have seen online my status is declined without any information, i want answer that i m a genuine person, and fillup to eligibility creteria then why my application has been declined... For this reason i m in mentally depressed,

          I didn't receive any refund yet according to my bank balance and statement.

          I would request you to loof after my complaint and please help me to get it resolved. I am new account holder and i do not know what i should do in this case. Please help.

              Transaction of rs. 1299 was reversed by amazon 2 days back but amount is not credited in my bank account. Transaction was done through hdfc debit card. I got a msg from hdfc that

              Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 4248 for rs. 1299.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:14:30:53

              I have attached a screenshot of the message that i got from hdfc bank after the transaction was reversed, but the amount hasn't been credited yet.

                  Dear, I am rakesh aggarwal having saving account in dwarka sec 12 branch
                  with the name of my wife Manju aggarwal.I was going to the pushpanjali enclave branch to make a rtgs of 6.5 lakh to another bank ( Allahabad bank). But staff there at pushpanjali enclave ask me to permitted by the mail from the home branch.But branch head from sec 12 reply me to mail from pushpanjali.I want to argue what is the right procedure even i can use any branch to operate the account for any type of job related to bank.I am operating two current accounts and 16 swaping machine of hdfc bank with our stores named Baniya ki dukan p ltd and Sampoorna grocery p ltd.If there is a lots of accounts to operate the entire system of indian bank industry then i have to obey what type of order yr staff will give me.

                        I tried booking train on 24th march 2019 through paytm, transaction via hdfc bank.

                        Totally 3times tried booking in which 1 successful booking done (Order no : [protected]) and
                        Twice booking got failed but amount deducted (Order no: [protected] and [protected])

                        Here i received the refund amount rs275 for failure of booking for order no. [protected] but not received for order no [protected].

                        I raised complaint regarding this to paytm and as well as hdfc bank. Both are saying they i have refunded but i don't see any refund on the same in the bank statement.

                        I tried reaching both paytm and hdfc but the response and the action on this not seen. Redirecting me from here and there.

                        Please find the below reference:

                        * paytm complaint no:[protected] and[protected]I raised twice because they closed complaint without resolving)
                        * hdfc complaint no:
                        'hbl=[protected]' web - other - unauthorised transaction - unauthorised transaction".

                          I have cancelled a order on flipkart on 22may, immediately got a msg from bw-hdfcbk that

                          Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 3452 for rs. 26999.00 has been credited/reversed by flipkart payments on[protected]:21:15:43

                          I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the flipkart has done it's part. When will it ever get reflected in my account?

                          Hi, Flipkart money is not refunded for my order. Check this? I tried reaching you on phone but couldn't get any reply or solution . So trying this way as well
                          I made a mobile phone Purchase in flipkart through HDFC netbanking .Once i purchased the amount has been deducted from my account but its showing the status as payment not yet confirmed from the bank. Please anybody look into this matter .If possible confirm the order else refund the money to my account as soon as possible.Your quick action would be appreciated.

                            I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                            1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp (By that green otp method)

                            2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

                            Ps: this used to work earlier, i have had reset my ipin by this method twice earlier.

                              In spite of making payment against car loan (Loan a/c no[protected] every month on the committed date of 23rd/24th of every month, there are numerous harassment calls to myself & also to references, threats on whatsapp & visits to my residences at odd hours like 8:30 am without any prior intimation has really put us mental stress & depression.in particular this person swapnil shete mobile no [protected] continuously threats & calls up my references in spite of meeting the commitment.                                 Sir, my name is channanagouda. I belongs to bangalore. I was using hdfc credit card. I have already blocked my card but still i am getting bills for this card. As per instruction hdfc customer care i have submitted written letter to permanently close the credit card but nothing happened. Please help me to permanently close the credit card and reimburse my all the bills that i have paid to this card without any purchase. Thanks channanagouda.

                                  Dear i have hdfc credit card last 8 month i am not paid credit card amount deu to my job lost then i join new job i take help credit mantri site they talk with my hdfc lender then make my card installment 4 month amount is 20063.
