Credit card delivery blue dart courier 29 august 6:30 p. M

My new fresh credit card first transaction 150 rs paytm mobile recharge

And 30 august my credit card permanent block so please reason credit card block

(This fresh card i have received two days early and you have blocked also, so i want to know reason.)

Dear sir,./ madam
I have received hdfc credit card but its showing blocked status so when i asked to customer care they replied that there is any pending amount, so i am confused because i am using hdfc card first time then how it's possible, so please to resolve this issue and enable my card.
