[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Hold my salary without informing. But now unable to pay the personal loan and credit card payments.

Hi team,

I have hdfc credit card limit is 60000. Some personal medical emergency i used the card but unable to make the payment as my bad situations. I plan to make the payment as partial. My salary account is in hdfc at jun 1st without informing credit card team hold my salary but they aren't debet the payment.

I called customer service representative i requested many times they added 10000 interest to card i said debet that amount and release the remaining amount but no one is not responding.
Now i am unable to pay the my personal loan same in hdfc bank they added 6000 interest for 10 days emi amount is 20000 actually i have to pay.

Now they hold my amount and adding the interest to credit card as well as personal loan.
I went my account branch i requested to now i am unable to make the total payment please convert it into emi they said that that's not possible.

Now they are adding day by day more interest and putting more burden and more pressure.

I paid 10000 as minimum amount but they are not release the amount kept on hold.
Please bring me out i will pay that amount as emi.
