I mr. Rachakonda hariprasad living in hyderabad has been receiving calls from hdfc bank where i even don't have any account and they are using very vulgar language while talking and saying me to pay money for which i did't use. They are saying we will see your end and warning about my family. She said her name as padma, srija. They also said you cannot do us anything, you have to pay. Even though i said that i don't have any account they are giving me warning.

    You have deducted t d s of rs. 6776.00 from the interest paid to me against my fixed deposits with hdfc ltd.
    While filing my tax returns it is detected that the 26 as is not showing that you have deposited the tds to the government account.
    You must immediately rectify this so that the tds so deducted appears in the 26 as form.
    If i am further inconvenienced then the matter will have to be raised at the highest level.

      I had salary account of hdfc, when i switched my job, i gave request for account closure, but they refused to close it stating that it is still linked with credit card, which i got removed within couple of days, but still my account has not closed yet and they are charging me non maintenance charges for the same. Even though hdfc claims that this thing can be done from any branch, no brnach of theirs is ready to do the processing and i am getting charged regularly fpr non maintenance. This is really ridiculous.

        I need your help please

        I have been fooled in the name of bharti axa to get loan.

        Was told to. Pay 50k for the policy in the name of loan at 8.5%

        Now policy is taken and they say loan is cancelled.
        Seriously very big fraud.

        They told not to tell the policy ppl that am applying for loan.

        My 2 months got wasted and now they say after 45days ur money would come.
        Seriously what kind of process is this

        And am not getting any mail from them.

        I don't know who's at fault hfdc or bharti axa.

        Was it done just to sell the policy of bharti axa if yes then it's a cheap trick.

        Today I got a similar call from HDFC housing finance private limited Delhi. The caller Rohit Sharma, Sr. Customer relationship manager offered me a personal loan at 0% interest against life insurance policy from bharati axa life insurance. Please beware this looks very convincing but it's a fraud... Do not share any personal details like income din bank account details etc.. BEWARE
        i got a call also yesterday from HDFC for the same loan should i proceed or not. Kindly suggest.
        I also full by this trick
        Lady called from HDFC BANK name Aradhana Singh and she force me to buy bharti axa policy and offer a loan..It happened on 27.07.2018. i invested the money in bharati axa policy but till date i don't receive a loan amount.. she picked my calls but every time she given different different reasons.now what should I do.

        Yesterday I also got the call from axa life insurance, they ask me to take a policy with premium of worth rs 1 lakh per annum. And they said, against of this policy the hdfc bank will sanctioned me the loan of 10 lakh on 5% of interest rate for 20 years.

          I amol d. Gite, worked as cse ec - a31703 in hdb fainacial servise ltd. Pune vimannagar 411014,. My doj-09jan 2016, and my date of resigned is 22 may 2017. I submitted my resignation on date 22may, 2017 to the my sales manager mr. Nilesh tarware and it accepted as per my request last date of my releaving the company 22 may, 2017.
          I hearby handover all my company properties, including my id card to my senior manager mr. Nilesh tarware sir. It was great experience working with hdfc bank ltd. I am thankfull my all seniors, coleagues and staff for giving support. But i am not received my f&f settelment and pf payment till date, so i can request you to settle my all dues at the earliest provident fund amount and my last 29 days pending salary.
          This is the humbal request to you kindly provide me information as soon as possible.

            I applied for personal loan amounting rs. 754000/- in april 2017 and loan amount 482256/- was got credited in my axis bank saving account in the month of april 2017 and remaining amount was send in dd for closing the existing loan. From may onwards i am paying emi auto debit from my saving account.

            But, till date i have not received any dd, loan statement, sanction letter of loan etc. From the bank. Now, i require the mentioned details as well as personal loan schedule statement at the earliest for some specific purpose.

            My personal loan accoun no. Is 46902134. The tenure of loan is 5 years.

            Please help for this?

                My self mathiyazhagan r i have been provided service for personal banker by hdfc banck on my saving account, i am really upset with my personal banker ms. Sangeetha who does not respond on call.

                I hope purpose of such personal banker's is to serve customers but i would say they are of no use.
                I simply requested for car loan approval and submitted all required documents and now it's pending not able to provide any update what a shame on hdfc facilities.

                Please take a quick action on the same or let me know if you can't provide services i would rather turn towards other banks.

                  My hdfc salary account was created in my company when i joined the job and i left the job and stopeed using that account and suddenly my salary account was converted in savings account without knowing me got negative balance -8348 i didnt get any emails..                     Hi team,

                    Today i saw that 999 rs. Have been deducted from my account on account of demat account charges.
                    I had contacted your team for demat account around 10th of april and i was told that my demat account will be created within a week. How ever my demat account was not opened even in two weeks and later i received a message that my application was rejected.

                    I now got my account opened outside hdfc and without any intimation after two months i. E. 14th of june you have debited 999 rs. From mmy account on account of demat account charges.

                    I do not want to get my demat account opened with hdfc. Please close his account and refund my money. I am highly disappointed by the service provided by hdfc.

                    Please refund my money asap to my account.

Date of incident will be 12th or 13th of june. I got a call from car loan person from hdfc bank but i tell them my car planning will be in the month of dec. He replied, that offer is only for 7 days, but now emi table shows active on my loan account details. It will be deactivate automatically or what's the procedure for next.

                          I am a hdfc bank customer since more then a year. I am having a good tranjection as well. Now i want to approach bank for some personal loan. I visited mira road kanakia branch yesterday. But there is no one to attend me. After some time one person told me that you coordinate with sachin bcz he is looking pl dept. So i called him but he is not responded well. He told me to confirm about my eligibility in 10 min but since yesterday after so many reminder he is unable to contact me. This hurts lot that if customer like me facing this kind of negligence.

                              I had a loan with hdfc bank and the last emi is in the month of june. I have been paying this emi from my sbi account since then. However the person who processed my loan papers, provided the ecs end date incorrectly without checking the working day as 4th june 2017 - sunday. Due to this reason ecs was not processed by sbi as it was on sunday. Now hdfc bank is demanding bouncing charge for the mistake happened from their employee.

                                I am user of hdfc credit card from past one month. Last month i got charges from hdfc bank about one assist mfee which is didnot opt for. After long conversation one assist refunded my money. But now hdfc bank convert my one assist fees into emi and make processing fees of 115₹. On talking with customer care they told me that we refund your money on your new bill cycle. But they didnot refund my money till now. My registered mobile no. Is [protected].

                                    Hdfc is the curse in the name of banking service.
                                    Customer has to visit the branch to change the phone no.
                                    Dull response from the representatives.
                                    No options unlike citi bank, you should learn from them.
                                    By monday i will for sure disconnect my account.
                                    No professionalism. I wonder how you guys are still running the bank.
                                    This is the reason why people always complaint about hdfc service level. Hdfc is a curse in the name of banking services

                                      Hi sir/ma'am,

                                      It is to inform you that i am a customer of your bank having bank account bearing no. [protected] which exists on my name "vicky sharma". I am filing/writing this complaint with regards to the working/conduct of your hdfc bank situated at sco 371-372, sector 35-b, chandigarh and for the indecent behavior of branch manager mr. Gagan sharda.

                                      Since[protected], i am having a salaried account with your bank (Hdfc bank, sector 35-b, chandigarh) and when i left the job the salary account automatically changed into saving account without prior notice or intimation to me.in the recent days i was going through some financial crisis though i could not maintain minimum balance as alleged by your banker of rs. 10, 000/- per month. Thereafter, on 10.05.2017 i requested my brother to send some money. Upon which he transferred an amount of rs.10, 000/- into my that very salary account [protected]. When i went into the branch of hdfc bank to get the same en-cashed. There i came to know that my account stands in negative due to non maintenance of minimum balance due to which an amount of rs. 6227/- is withhold with your bank.

                                      Kindly give me some advice/suggestion to get the withhold amount refunded. On the next day i visited to your branch sector 35-b, chandigarh and had conversation with the branch manager mr. Gagan sharda and he assured me that amount will be reversed but for that you need to maintain account minimum balance and i assured him that i'll do the same. He further said that i can provide you a reversal of rs. 2000/- on urgent basis and rest will be reverted to your account with the passage of time but for that you have to maintain average minimum balance. As per the discussion with the branch manager i filled up a form for reversal of rs. 6227/- and went to his cabin he said wait outside i call you in few minutes. On which i waited outside his cabin for more then 1 hour for handing over that reversal form after one hour i again approached him and handed over the reversal form.
                                      After few days when i didn't got any reversal into my account on 14.06.2017 i again went to your bank sector 35-b, chandigarh and talked to operational manager regarding reversal. I am getting harassed mentally and physically by your banker for my own money and the way they are treating me whenever i visit your branch. Moreover, false assurance given by your bankers at several interval of times and no satisfactory reply given by them.

                                      Thanks for resolving my complaint. But the matter is still pending as of today also HDFC Bank is still withholding rest of the amount i.e. Rs 4, 227/- out of the total deduction of Rs. 6, 227/-. Sir, again I am making a humble request that kindly refund my whole amount of Rs. 4, 227/- in my account bearing No. [protected]. As now I am continuously operating my account & maintaining required balance. Now as per the assurance given by your bankers/employee on 11.05.2017 the amount requires to be refunded within few months but till date not received my rest of the money i.e. Rs 4, 227/-. Kindly have a look into this matter and resolve it on priority. Thanks in anticipation.

                                        It's not good app. They manipulate customers for using mvisa. M-visa from payzapp always stuck your payment for 10-15 days. Once payment failure they people claiming to partner website where have to done payment. Never accept fault of own. They stop your money for 15 days and used for real estate and stocks. That is the policy of payzapp. Great

                                        I am not happy with this app. It takes too much time. Icici pocket and sbi m-visa is much better than it. I delayed my ticket just because of this app.
                                        One of the customer care executive want to manipulate me. He said call to irctc for payment refund actually he knows it's not possible to contact irctc customer care. Also trying to give me irctc no which was not connected anymore. Please help me out?

                                        This issue resolved now. Hope it will not happen again. Yes It will happen again today morning. My friend added money in Payzapp wallet. Money Debited from account and there is no any transaction history in Payzapp also didn't add money in wallet. What is this?
