Sub: Regarding Huge Minimum balance charges on my saving account by HDFC Bank
Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This is to inform you that I have a Saving Account in HDFC Bank Ltd, Branch Lado Sarai, New Delhi-110030. I maintained minimum balance account for sometime in my account but due to corona or Covid-19, I lost my job so it was very difficult for me to maintain minimum balance amount in my existing bank account because I suffered a lot from financial problem and still condition is not better due to non receipt of good job.
I had also some outstanding of HDFC Credit Card from other branch which I settled with that Branch and closed the Credit Card after giving settlement amount but in this period I had some money in My saving account of HDFC Bank –Lado Sarai which Bank deducted and said its hold by bank and when you will settled with credit card then Bank will return your hold amount which was approx. Rs. 7000 .
After that from last 2 years HDFC Bank is charging huge minimum balance charges approx. Rs. 600 every month from my saving account and it was showing Negative balance in my account.
So approx. 2 months back I deposited approx. Rs. 14000 in my account to start again my account but after 1 month HDFC Bank again charged Huge GST Charges for each and every month of last years from my saving account and made my balance Rs. 3000.
I want to continue with HDFC Bank but due huge charges policy of HDFC Bank I am unable to continue with HDFC Bank.
I had accounts in other Private Banks but they never charge this type of Minimum balance amount charges from my accounts.
Kindly request to you to keep view of my condition please provide me zero balance facility in my existing saving account and waive off my deducted charges and return my all hold & deducted amount as early as possible.
I will maintain minimum balance amount Rs. 10000 in my saving account.
I will be highly grateful to you.
