HDFC Bank — I am complain about your rm at rajmohalla jawahar marg branch in indore. | |||
Dear sir, I issue a cheque no 002357 with amount 4000/- dated 16.11.2018. Your branch withdrawal this amount in my ac, but it is not deposited the party's ac. Regarding this problem i visited branch and met rm mr gourav. He is very rude and arrogant person and his behaviour is very irresponsible. I am a preferred customer of your bank at rajmohalla, but no one visited in my office after mr gourav is appointed as rm. He is nither picked up phone nor meet in branch. You guide me, in this condition how i can continue my relationship with hdfc bank. When i told him the original cheque is in my hand, then how can you withdraw amount in my ac, your rm is use so cheap language that is i am not write here. Perhaps your rm is think that no other banks open my ac, then i am decided many times that the i closed this ac and get other bank service, but heartly i don't want full stop with hdfc. So please do needful help in this matter, and appointed a good behaviour rm in this branch. Was this information helpful? | |||
