[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — I am not getting otp and alert messages from hdfc

When i try to login to internet banking i am not getting otp which is asked after i enter the username and password.
While i carry out other transactions i am not getting otp and i am not receiving any alert messages of cash withdrawal or deposit. I am not receiving any messages at all from the hdfc bank. So please resolve this issue as early as possible.

We note that you have successfully logged into Net banking on 05/03/2019. You have registered for the Insta Alert facility, however, you have not chosen the alerts that you wish to receive. We offer the below alerts: Alert on utility payment refresh Alert for Cheque bounce due to insufficient funds Periodic alert for account balance - Weekly Alert for credit transaction greater than specified limit - 5000/10000/20000/50000 Alert for debit transaction greater than specified limit - 5000/10000/20000/50000 Alert on Salary Credit Alert for Balance below X Amount-5000 Therefore we request you to log in to Netbanking and choose the alerts by following the below steps: a. Log in to NetBanking with your Customer Identification Number and NetBanking Password b. Click on "Insta Alerts" on the top right-hand corner of page c. Click on "Manage alerts" d. Select the type of alerts and the mode by which you wish to receive alerts e. Click on Confirm You will now receive alerts for the chosen transactions.
