Even me too have the same problem i have registered my Saudi number on which i used to recevied the otp earlier but now it has been almost 1 week i am not able to receive otp on the same no. also when i call the branch it has automated calling which says that soon you will receive a sms and nothing moves forward...pls help

Yes, now for some reason there are a lot of scammers in the tourism sector, especially if you go on vacation to Europe, in this case, if you are in Paris, you can safely stop at, where no one will deceive you, it’s very beautiful apartments and service at the highest level.
This is a stupid design. I always face problem in receiving the OTP to my registered mobile. I need to make the payment and I cannot because of this stupid flaw!! HDFC please take a note of it and work on it.
I am an NRI statyng in united states having NRE/NRO accounts... I have my USA number registered... When I want to do some online shopping or add a beneficiary to transfer funds, I am not receiving otp any more, it used me working before like one month back.. For past one week its not working..very irritating..
I am also facing same issue, I am not getting proper response from HDFC customer care.
