I am owner of Toyota Fortuner 4x4 Automatic. My car came is stone pelting in Srinagar three times and accordingly I informed the hdfc ergo and got registered my all three claims well in time.
Due to shut down and disturbance in valley could not repair the vehicle. I received the letter from hdfc ergo that cases are closed due to docs not submitted whereas proper survey happened all three times and I submitted all required documents and accordingly I sent Mr.Naveen Munjal a detailed explanation regarding the same but they delayed in opening my cases again and just fifteen days back they told me that cases are opened and accordingly
I gave my car for repairing as they told me on telephone for the same but now they are refusing for one claim as they are ready to pay first and third claim but are doing tantrums in paying second claim as that time when stone pelters hit stones on my car, some stones got hit on my sons head due to which my attention was distracted and my car got out of the control and got banged with the front vehicle in which my cars front got involved and damaged and same time motorcycle hit my vehicle on back side also as the front vehicle some Tata load carrier has a rod outside with body which got pierced in my car front tyre due to which I could not move the car and same time they started hitting and breaking my car from all sides.
Same incidents were bought into the notice of hdfc ergo seniors also but they are also trying to escape the situation saying that it not relating with the situations as I think they are not understanding the situation especially when someone's family is also in car and what impact comes in the mind of kids suffering in the car that time.
Secondly I had a zero dep policy in which I could register as many accidents (infinity ) without any problem and I just needed to pay 1500/- bucks each then why I should take risk of making false cases or mixing four or five cases in three.
So I request to please help me out of this situation as I'm suffering a lot without my car.
I will also wait for couple of days for hdfc ergo to respond and solve my problem otherwise I will only left to move to consumer court or... for justice.

    सर मै राजेश कुमार चौबे आपके बैंक का एक क्रेडिट कार्ड ले रखा हूँ।जिसका नं [protected] है।जिसका टोटल पेमेंट 69053.38/मुझे करनी है । महोदय 6 महीने पहले मै एक सड़क दुर्घटना मे बहुत ही बुरी तरह घायल हो गया था। संयोग से मै जिन्दा बच गया हू। अभी भी मेरे हाथ का आप्रेशन होना बाकी है। जिसमे दो से ढाई लाख रूपये का खर्चा है। इस वजह से मै पेमेन्ट नही करा पाया। इसके लिए मै क्षमाप्रार्थी हूँ। श्रीमान जी आज दिनांक 26/05/2017 को मेरे आफिस संसद भवन मे आफिस के फोन पर एक फोन आया कि मै पुलिस वाला हूँ।आप के आफिस के रिसेप्शन पर कोर्ट से सम्मन लेकर आया हूँ। तुम्हारे क्रेडिट कार्ड वाले ने भेजा है। जब मै उनसे उस नोटिस को लेने के लिए रिसेप्शन पर आने को कहा तो उन्होंने ने मुझे रिसेप्शन पर आने से मना किया और एक मुझे मोबाइल नंबर [protected] दिया और कहा कि मै उस पर बात करु।जब मै रिसेप्शन पर गया तो वहां पर कोई नहीं था।जब मै इस नंबर पर मै बात किया तो वो श्रीमान जी बैंक के मैनेजर बताया और कहा कि आज सारा पैसा तुरन्त जमा करा दो नही तो तुम्हारी नौकरी चली जायेगी मै सुमित्रा महाजन जो कि लोकसभा के अध्यक्ष है उनको पत्र लिखा था तो उन्होंने ये बात कही है।उन्होंने मुझे बहुत ही हरासमेंट कियाऔर नौकरी खाने कि धमकी दी।मुझसे उन्होंने चेक मागं रहे है। जब उनसे पुलिस वाले और सम्मन के बारे मे पुछा तो उन्होंने कहा की 20 अकबर रोड पर है। जब कि 20 अकबर रोड से मेरा कोई भी वास्ता नही है।वो जगह लोकसभा अध्यक्ष का आवास है। उस अवास का नाम लेकर मुझे धमकाने की कोशिश की गयी।मैने उनसे बहुत ही विनती की कि मुझे कुछ समय दिजिये । लेकिन वो नही मान रहे है। महोदय मै ये भी कहा कि मेरा EMI बना दो लेकिन वो महोदय मेरी बात सुनने को राजी नही। सर जी उन्होंने मेरे साथ बहुत ही बुरा बर्ताव किया।बार बार नौकरी जाने का धमकी दे रहे थे।आप ही बताइए नौकरी जाना इतना आसान बात होता है।मै सारा पैसा जमा करा दुंगा।लेकिन धीरे धीरे आप मेरा EMI बनवा दिजिये।मेरा नं भी बदल गया है मेरा नया नंबर [protected] है।श्रीमान जी आप उस बैंक मैनेजर से कहिए की मुझे हरासमेंट न करे एवं किसी दुसरे से मुझे फोन न कराये।उन्हें अगर कानुनी कार्य करना है तो करे । लेकिन ब्लैक मेल न करे।नही तो मजबुरन मुझे ग्राहक कोर्ट की शरण लेनी पड़ेगी क्योंकि मेरा अभी इलाज चल रहा है।मुझे मालूम है कि कोर्ट मे पैसा जमा करने के लिए मुझे समय मील जाएगा।मै अपना मेडिकल रिपोर्ट कोर्ट मे पेस भी करुंगा। और मुझे लोकसभा अध्यक्ष के नाम पर जो धमकी दिया गया मै लोकसभा अध्यक्ष के आफिस मे उक्त मैनेजर ने जो कहा उस बारे भी एक पत्र लिखकर हकीकत का पता करुंगा।अगर जो बाते उसने कही है अगर गलत पाई गयी तो उनके खिलाफ कार्यवाही करने के लिए मै उसी आफिस मे निवेदन करूंगा कि आप के नाम पर मुझे हरासमेंट करने एवं नौकरी की धमकी दिया जा रहा है।
    अतः श्रीमान जी से मेरा नम्र निवेदन है कि मेरी समस्याओं को ध्यान मे रखते हुए मे कार्ड का EMI बनवाने का कष्ट करे ताकि मै उसका पेमेंट कर सकु।एवं मैनेजर साहब को सख्त हिदायत दे कि ग्राहको से नम्रतापूर्वक व्यवहार करे एवं सहयोग करे। मेरा नया मोबाईल नंबर [protected] मेरे कार्ड पर रजिस्टर करे।

      Hi, today i got rs.64 deducted from my hdfc account by the narration of dc intl pos txn markup+ st[protected]. I didn't make any transaction. Why did this happen?? I want a valid reason and i want my money back. Hope you resolve the issue soon. Is hdfc not secure? I have googled and seen many such cases. How is this happening? Does hdfc take care of its customers this way??

      Dear Customer,
      Debit Card usage for withdrawal at International ATMs will attract a charge of Rs 25 per balance enquiry and Rs 125 per cash withdrawal ( plus taxes).

      There is a currency conversion markup of 3.5 % on foreign currency transactions carried out on debit cards as Transaction amount + 3.5% Foreign Currency markup + Difference in foreign currency Rate( Its the difference in foreign currency rate on date of transaction and on the date of settlement {Receipt of claim from acquiring bank}).

      Charges are applicable for ATM withdrawals and also for POS transaction. The exchange rate used will be the Visa/MasterCard wholesale exchange rate prevailing at the time of transaction.

        Hi support,

        My name is joydeep bhattacharya. I have submitted for a basic hdfc credit card. The hdfc executive told me the itr for last two years should be above 2 lakhs per year. And kyc needed.

        So i submitted the kyc along with the itr, after few days i got the application reference number and after few days when i saw the status of my card. It was dispparoved due to some signature mismatch. I have filled up the declaration form and one of the executive have sent the application again.

        Sudenly today i got this msg from them:

        We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank.

        Please be assured that our inability to approve the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability.

        We would be pleased to provide any other assistance/service that you may require.

        — i respect the banking decisions but i want to know why my application rejected? The cause is the itr or kyc?

        Can you please help me finding the reason behind it.

          I had done mutal addjustment as hdfc said regarding my credit card no [protected]in dec 2015 but still the amont is been refected in my sarlary account as -38000 so i went to credit card dept in andheri near saki naki mr nikhil udas attend me he conformed no outstanding pending on my credit card account he has raise to dilinked the credit card link from my account which is [protected].in jb branch andheri but i ?             From past 2 months m trying to change my contact number and address both, i given application 3 times but there is no result, when ever i ask for status from customer service they said signature mismatch issue.
            I dont know what service hdfc giving, seriously if i giving all details then only they are not ready to change.
            Even i not able to get from for signature change because in all signature mismatch form asking for hdfc bank account details but i am not having hdfc bank account.

              सर निवेदन है की कल रात को आप के बैंक के सदस्य का फ़ोन आया [protected] से फ़ोन आया क्रेडिट कार्ड में पेमेंट के लिये सर मैं आप को बताना चाहता हु की मेरा क्रेडिट कार्ड का पेमेंट लेट हो गया था उसकी वजह ये थी की मेरे भाई का देहांत हो गया था जिस की वजह से मैं अपने घर चला गया था वह पे network की समस्या थी जिसकी वजह से मैं नेट बैंकिंग भी नहीं कर पाया महोदय मैं आप से बताना चाहता हु की मेरे अकाउंट आप की बैंक राय बरेली शहर में मेरे ३ खाते चलते है जिसमें २ खाते सेविंग और १ खाता करेंट का है जिसमें मेरी ४० lacks का लोन भी है और मेरा खाता आप की बैंक में २.५ साल से चल रहा है मैंने आप की बैंक में अपने frind रिस्तेदार कई खाते खुलवाए है जो बहुत अच्छे से चल रहे है महोदय मेरा क्रेडिट कार्ड आप की बैंक का है जिसकी लिमिट १ lack रुपया है कार्ड no- [protected] है जो अमिता मिश्रा के नाम से जारी है इसी कार्ड का पेमेंट के लिए कल फ़ोन आया था! Trisha नाम की सदस्य का उन्होंने मुझसे बहुत अनमरियादित तरीक़े से बात की ( चोर, ग़रीब, भिखारी, difolter आदि) शब्दों का प्रयोग किया जिस से मैं बहुत आहत हु महोदय मैं इस घटना की वजह से आप के राय बरेली शहर शाखा से अपने सारे अकाउंट बंद कर रहा हु और जितने भी और खुलवाए थे वो भी सब बंद करवा रहा हु मुझे ये उम्मीद नहीं थी की आप का सदस्य इस लहजे से बात करेगा जो की आप की बैंक का नाम ख़राब करेगा महोदय मुझे आज भी कॉल आइ और मुझे धमकी दी गई की आप अपने अकाउंट में कोई भी tranjason करते है तो उसे ब्लाक करा दिया जाएगा मुझे बहुत आहत हुवॉ है ।

                I have made payment through my debit card No. [protected] on 19th May, 2017 for Rs. 1980/- to M/s Jai Maa Ready Made. But it showed that the first transaction has failed and ultimately the second transaction for Rs 1980/- was made which was successful. But from my account the balance was deducted two times. Now its 6 days but my deducted amount of Rs 1980/- has not been credited till date.

                Kindly look into the matter on an urgent basis and do the needful.

                  This is bring to your kind notice that i have made the credit card payment for the month of feb.2017 through phone banking neft. By mistake i have made the payment to my previous blocked card after that i received a call from hdfc finance dept. That your payment is not credited & told me to contact hdfc credit card customer care, than i called the customer care (Three times) they gave me the reference no. & told me your problem will be resolved within two days but unfortunately till now i did not received any satisfactory message from hdfc customer desk (Not resolve). As per conversation i am attaching the document please find attachment.
                  I am requesting to you that please resolve my problem as soon as possible so that i can made the payment & can use my card otherwise stop my credit card service.

                    Only request is closed the cibil even there is no mistake from my side - my current cibil score 712 only one negative remark because of hdfc

                    This vehicle surrendered due to loan disbursed to dealer without any confirmation taken from me and i have stopped repayment against said loan. Bank has force fully cleared two ecs through my bank account even complaint given by me before the vehicle registration. Hdfc bank totally misused their authorities in process of loan disbursement.

                    Still i have not received any intimation about how they charged total amount of loan. I have never sign and seen any quotation then how loan disbursed to dealer it was totally mistake of hdfc bank representative mr. Rahul chikne (Mobile no - [protected]) who has used internal contact of bank and misuse of their authorities.
                    I never got following answers from hdfc
                    1) why loan disbursed without my confirmation?
                    2) when i told on conference had with customer care dt 30/11/2015 do not register vehicle i am not acceptable you can check recording if you have in your system.
                    3) vehicle register with roc on 3/12/2015 which was forcefully done
                    4) i had given the letter to stop ecs on 27/11/2015 but it was hit in my bank on 07/12/2015
                    5) vehicle register on 3/12/2015 & emi hit in bank on 07/12/2015 (Who will bear the interest)

                      I am Gaurav Karki an existing Account holder of HDFC Bank A/c no.[protected] Branch:Amar Colony. This is regarding the fund transfer which was done in my account from my Brother's from Bank of Baroda through "UPI PhonePay App" on 6th April 2017 of Rs.17000.
                      The amount was not credited to my account instead it was wrongly credited to some other account no.[protected] of Ram.

                      For which i made so many calls and also visited Branch but in Branch the first executive i met said that the Account (No.[protected]) is closed long back and amount would have been credited to Bank's Dummy Account and asked to meet Cashier.
                      But Cashier said it's not in Bank account and Bank Manager said that it has been Credited to A/c no.[protected] of Ram and after withdrawl account got closed on 11th May 2017.

                      I assume in my case either Bank can request Beneficiary (Ram A/c no.[protected]) for transaction reversal or share atleast his contact details so that he/she can be contacted for wrong transaction, but no help is being provided from bank.

                      So, the whole story seems to be made up as Bank is giving different statements and not cooperating with me on getting my money back, also the money might be with Bank as there is no proof that Beneficiary Ram withdrew amount from his account and got it closed.

                      I request you to please help me in getting my money back as it was not intended to be transferred to the above mentioned account(No.[protected]). If Bank fails to cooperate i would be forced to take legal action and raise complaint in consumer forums.

                          First thing is I'm not hdfc bank customer and never want to be.
                          Today, I visited hdfc bank just to deposit 1000 rupees in my friends account. May be this is third party transaction.
                          I came from a village which is about 30km away from the branch, in 45 degree temperature. The branch is hdfc bank, sawe vaadi, main road, in front of town hall, latur-413512.
                          I stood in a queue for more than a hour.
                          When I came to counter the employee asked me to give an original PAN card and xerox of that. I was amazed listening this. I was just depositing 1000 rupees in my friends account with my signature and whole information. He refused to accept my money, like I'm depositing black money.
                          Now I'm supposed to go back to my village 30km away to get my id proof and come once again to bank in such great healthy environment.
                          I was totally panic and angry. After some arguments from me and the employee a third employee came and said, 'can't u read this instruction? Are u educated/literate or not?'
                          I watched at the notice board. Notice was written in english. I was shocked. The bank thinks that, people in Latur (nearby) are welknown english readers.
                          It's totally ir-related that people are educated or literate or what... The bank should give every notice in local language, i.e MARATHI.
                          There were to queues for deposit. First who deposit amount below 50000 and another above 50000. This notice was also in english. There are people who don't know to read-write anything. When someone's turn come, they ask to stand in another queue.
                          This was irritating incident.
                          I have only some questions:
                          1. Is it necessary to have original PAN and xerox for transaction like 1000 rupees.
                          2. Every notice board in the bank must be in local language, here MARATHI.
                          3. Your employee should treat us properly & politely. and think practically on problem of customers.
                          4. It's nothing to do with our education/literacy with ur bank and employee.

                          Finally, nothing to do with hdfc bank. I'm not customer. God bless them.

                            This is useless service. I have dropped almost more than 50 forms in Magarpatta branch pune to change my mobile number. But this is absolutely fish service.
                            Absolute rubbish HDFC brand and service. Even the phone banking does not connect all the time.
                            I have lost all my faith.
                            DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH HDFC.. WASTE OF YOUR TIME.

                              Hi team, I have lost my credit card on 27th April. Got the new card issued on 29th as I had to hotlist it. However still not received the card, even after updating the address. The agents are so inefficient that I am really depressed. I asked them to raise a complaint they said it's not a complaint and they will decide whether it is a complaint or not. I am really stunned with the level of customer service HDFC IS providing.                                 I went to HDFC BTM 2nd Stage Bengalore Branch(Code 0885 near to silk board) on 23rd May. The personal banking officer was not ready to accept my school fess challan. After chasing him, he called CMS department and accepted the channel agsinsdt his “will”. He was repeatedly saying that there will not be confirmation of payment from his side. Even after third day, the payment has not been made to the school. I am worrying about whether he has presented the check to the bank. Even after 3rd day of presenting the check, it has not be deposited to school account.

                                  Your customer case services are so so Pathetic.. I have a policy Policy No. 18346658..When ever i tried reaching your customer case executive I always get one standard command saying we are disconnecting the call as we are unable to hear you.. Almost 3 months back I have made the payment for my renewal policy.. So far I neither received Hardcopy or softcopy of the policy..Is this kind of services you provide?
                                  is this the standard of HDFC?
                                  If you cant provide services now, I wonder what kind of service you can provide to Nominee later.I will have to approach IRDA for this kind of pathtice services from HDFC if you dont improve in resolving customer concerns quickly..

                                      I have purchase some electronic on 16th march through hdfc cc and asked them not to convert into emi as i was ready to pay full amount so the customer care team confirmed that they will preclose emi and send bill for total amount. But i got first bill in emi. Once again i checked with customer care than they said they forget to put in system and they will do it for next time, so i said it was not my mistake you should done it before generating first bill as you have given confirmation to me but they said sorry now we can do not. I said this is not acceptable to me has i have informed everything on time and delay was from bank end. Still i am following with them and they are not giving any commitment and now their collection team is giving me threatening calls for non payment of two bills and when i bring complain about this to them they said we will see.

                                      I really dont understand how to solve this and getting n number of calls daily.

                                      Request you to please intervene and solve my issue.

                                        I have send 2 cheque both are fund transfer cheque one to be deposited in my account & other is to be paid from by account
                                        i have clearly told that person to first deposit the cheque in my account & then only the other cheque will be passed

                                        & the bank not even bother to inform me about the insufficient balance in my account nor my relationship manager helped me after i talk to him
                                        previously the service is good they use to call me when the balance is not sufficient but nowadays the service is decreased
