HDFC Bank — I did not received the refund

I did not received the refund in my account first from Amazon with reference I'd[protected] and from clear trip support. As per both, the refund have been provided already but it not reflecting in my hdfc account. Kindly help me with this. Please provide the refund in my account as I've not received it .
