[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — i have a complaint about "no scheduled commercial bank can levy charges and make customer's balance go in negative" but still hdf

I am abhay vinod satyarthi from gorakhpur, uttar pradesh 273001. I am a student and i have opened an account in hdfc to deposite money due to some circumstances i wasn't about to maintain my account and i wanted to close it but then they did my balance negative in my account but as per the guidelines from rbi, "no scheduled commercial bank can levy charges and make customer's balance go in negative". And still they are not following the guidelines of rbi and they are making fool to those who dont have any idea about it... I mean what people will do if bank start earning from them as a penality of 700rs. They are not giving 700 to deposite 10000 but they will deduct 700 if you dont maintain... I am trying to contact them are ignoring me i dont know why... Please help me

I have already submitted a complaint about non maintainence charges here .And I got a call about it they said they will call me after few days but they din't and there customer care officers are giving me different different response they are not provinding correct information and they are disconnecting call...I can't visit home branch but they are not giving me response when I m calling them ... here is the details of last msg of hdfc Dear Customer, Thank you for writing to us.
