one assist fee

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 7/11/18. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. There is no response since ten to fifteen days of complaint, for my emi on credit card. No one suppose to act to do the process, pls do the need full for my emi option on my credit card. Toll free no of hdfc bank no use and the people working there is hopeless of no use. Really a poor banking experience of hdfc bank.

regarding emi amount not getting deducted from account .

I have tried booking tickets from Kottayam to Palakkad on 11/10/2018 {two times} through kerala rtc website, by using SBI internet facility. The amount Rs. 710.62 + 710.62 was deducted from my bank account. but ticket could not be booked and the transaction failed due to server error.
