This complain against HDFC credit card department from which I am getting call on daily basis on which there are abusing me and threatening me for late payments. Contact number from which i am getting calls is[protected]. Please help me. I already informed that I want them to settle my account and give me EMIs for the same but they are not responding me, lady who called me for this is Prachi and now she is not taking my call.

    I am not able to register for credit card through net banking.. Because cards tab continiously showing me the message 'your request can not be processed temporarily, sorry for inconveniance' as i have tried to register my debit card one month before and still it is showing me this message... Because of this message i am not getting link to register for credit card... Can u please resolve this.!!

      Hi, last monday i booked a ticket in redbus while doing payment amount has been debited from my account but ticket is not booked. So i enquired about it to redbus they told the payment is blocked in payment gateway you need to ask bank so i tried calling you no one is responsing me so please take steps and try to refund my amount as soon as possible.

        My Name is Sanaullah Ashrafi, I am using this card no - **** **** **** 7267. I would like to inform you that, my last month total bill was around 9000/- and total minimum due amount was - 8206 around I don't remember exact amount. I have paid INR 7000 and could not pay only 1200 for minimum due.

        Just I have not paid 1200 in my last bill you have charged me following amount -

        1. 10/11/2018 LATE FEE (Ref# 18905047001110999733640) 500.00
        2. 10/11/2018 IGST-VPS[protected]RATE 18.0 -07 (Ref# 18905047001110999733640) 90.00
        3. 18/11/2018 MER EMI, INT NBR:05, [protected] (Ref# 09999999981118007665409) 54.93
        4. 18/11/2018 FINANCE CHARGES (Ref# 18905047001118999549080) 82.43
        5. 18/11/2018 OFFUS EMI, INT NBR:04, [protected] (Ref# 09999999981118007665425) 157.42
        6. 18/11/2018 FINANCE CHARGES (Ref# 18905047001118999549070) 354.15

        Total charges - 1238/-

        This is the way to charges anyone just not for paying 1200. I am not going to pay this amount anomore. I would request you to please speak with your management and remove those above mentioned charges from this month bill. I will pay all the bill only once you remove those amount from my bill.

        Also, I have purchased a Laptop for this I have paid INR 29700/- from my credit card. After paying 3 emi payment I was suppose to get 10% cashback. Same was mentioned in my slip. Hence this amount has not been reimbursed in my this month bill.

          I had applied for a money back credit card but was delivered a solitaire.none of the customer care numbers seem to work.Ref No.18K[protected].Bank executive verified the documents but now he is not responding n saying all credit cards are same.Please resolve the issue .I have exhausted all attempts at contacting the customer service.Send the card I had asked for or cancel the card altogether.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I am Heera Jagadish Singh an Ex employee of HDFC Bank Ltd. I was been given my credit cards to Your Employee Mrs. Deepa Chandrika who is presently working as a personal banker in HDFC Bank Ltd at Kondapur Location, Hyderabad, Telangana State. The limits used by Mrs. Deepa Chandrika was SBI Credit Card 2, 00, 000Rs, HDFC Credit card 25000Rs and Axis Credit card 75000Rs. Total 3 Lakhs of my limit is being used by her and her husband by giving me false reasons. she is not at all paying my credits after using the limits. Where as collections team coming to my home and doing harassment’s then she updated mobile number and address of her husband in all the three credits cards by doing forgery of my signature. she know my customer id as 43813257. By using my customer id in flexcube she done forgery of signature. later her husband was absconded from home and came after 18 days then she said she will again update her contact number and address in HDFC credit card to avoid collection team harassment.

            I given complaint to HDFC bank Managing Director on this. later what happened I don’t know. She and her husband started doing blackmail to me by saying to withdraw the complaint else Mrs. Deepa Chandrika would attempt for suicide. Because of this fear i withdrawn the complaint. two months completed again she is doing fraud by not paying credit cards. i visited HDFC Bank Ltd at Kondapur location to meet Branch Manager Mr. Venkat Kalyan. Branch Manager is also supporting to his staff Mrs. Deepa Chandrika as she is completing her revenue as Branch Manager is fully dependent on her as she is completing the branch Target.

            Mrs. Deepa Chandrika is one of the talented person who knows how to do fraud. She changed her home 3 times in past 6 months. She stayed in a flat for 4 months she did not paid rent again she shifted one more home stayed there again for two months with out paying rent. Recently she changed one more home from past 1 month till now she did not paid rent for that owner. I don’t know again where she goes also.

            When i ask them to give their address they did not given me at last with the support of credit card collections team i got their address. I spoked to Branch Manager of HDFC Bank Ltd Mr Venkat Kalyan more than 5 times about the fraud done by Mrs. Deepa Chandrika. He did not taken any action on her. I think he is encouraging her that’s why she is fearless when i was giving complaint to branch manager in HDFC Bank Ltd at Kondapur Location.

            she and her husband Mr. Rahul who worked early in HDFC Life Insurance are one of the biggest fraud persons in India. Most of the credit card collections team are complained to me on them as they are fraud they will not pay credit cards. they are paying their own Credits Cards & Loans instead of paying my Credit Cards.

            I can write a 100 pages of book how much fraud they have done to me.in future also after if she lefts HDFC bank how many customers and non customers will come to HDFC bank by stating that Mrs. Deepa Chandrika who borrowed money from them and did not paid it.

            My only suggestion is to terminate the fraud employees it will be good lesson where she and her husband will not do any fraud to anyone in future. Bank means trust by seeing such employees i am loosing trust in bank. why HDFC bank is still keeping fraud employees in organization.

            when ever they are angry they say I will not pay your credit cards what ever you want to do you can do to whom you want to complaint you can complain no one can do anything to me.

            Please terminate her and ensure she does not get any employment in any organization else HDFC Bank Ltd will looses its reputation in Future because of this fraud employees.

            I visited to police station also more than 4 times including Cyberabad police in Hyderabad. they suggested me to file a case in civil court.

            she and her husband continuously depositing cheque’s for doing credit card payments as it was been bounced as not sufficient balance.

            the below are my credits cards still it is with them only. they are not giving my credits cards i have blocked them by calling to customer care numbers.

            AXIS CREDIT CARD-[protected].

            Please take strict action on these employee and publish it so that no employee will do any fraud in future.

              Hi,
              I had placed an order on Flipkart on 25th Sep 18 in terms of EMI by
              my hdfc credit card. was ordered a "realme 2" phone and order id was
              OD[protected]. And I had canceled the order on the same day(25th Sep
              18). I received the refund from Flipkart on 27th Sep18 as well. Now the
              thing is emi amounts are still getting paid through my hdfc credit card and
              I'm being charged by credit card. I have talked to my bank and
              Flipkart both are giving own theory.
              My bank(credit card) is saying that Flipkart has not closed your emis yet.
              It was opened when you had placed the order. and Flipkart is saying that we
              have closed order.

              Seriously, I don't know what's going on anyways since payment is going to
              Flipkart as mentioned in credit card statement so please check the issue
              and let me know that who's issue was this Flipkart or hdfc.

              Anyways, refund my amount what has been charged for emis asap. sending the
              credit card statement in the attachment for your reference

                I have applied for a credit card via hdfc internet banking. All the verification at my office address was done. All the required documents were collected by the verification agent. But he didn't asked me for salary slip. Few days ago i got a mail from hdfc stating below information
                Dear Applicant,
                Thank you for your interest in the HDFC Bank International Credit Card.
                We are unable to process the application further, in the absence of the requisite income documents.

                We request you to submit the appropriate documents as mentioned below at your earliest convenience to the appended address.

                HDFC Bank Cards Division, P.O.Box 8654, Thiruvanmiyur P.O., Chennai 600 041.

                Alternatively, you could drop the completed form in the drop box at your nearest branch addressed to The Manager HDFC Bank Card Division.

                For Salaried - Public Limited/Multinational/Private Limited/Proprietor Firm/ Partnership Firm

                Duly Certified Salary Slip with Visiting card/Employee ID

                  No one is able to resolve my problem, even the customer care helpline is not able to answer my questions. I applied for credit card about 45days ago and till now i haven't got it. First of all they sent it through blue dart. Blue dart held my card for a week. Also didn't call at my number. They didn't deliver, and then I went to their office but they told me that package is with us but we can't give you we will deliver it to your address.

                  Now the card is somewhere in chennai I've tried many times to customer care they listen to my problem and just say that someone will contact you.

                  It's very bad and I am really disappointed with this, not expected this from HDFC. If anyone able to help please contact me.

I want to take action against hdfc bank so if is their any other people who is suffering from the bad services of hdfc kindly contact me. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -8500 balance.
                        The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 8500 negative balance. Without my permission how...

                          Hdfc group has only big name when it comes to attending customer or product queries there is no one to answer phone calls, one has to be satisfied with recorded messages.

                          I want hdfc std life product information, i called their dubai office at least 20 times for a week. If they are not working they should not answer calls, your calls are kept on hold by recorded msg and hanged up after few minutes of wait asking to call later.

                          In order to check if office is closed permanently i called other offices of hdfc home loan, hdfc bank rep off and hdfc securities no one has information and most of them has same problem of recorded msg to call back. It seems they are maintaining offices for the name sake or there is no staff to attend customers.

                          Typical case of grown out of proportion that they cannot manage, excellent management.

                            Good day,
                            I had started a policy with hdfc life in year 2010. Payment options were for 3 years with premium payment every 6 months. I had paid two premiums and i was unable to pay rest of the premiums. Same was notified to hdfc and i asked for solution. Hdfc team told after three years it will be settled. However, after repeated enquires my case was sent to different parties and there was no solution at all. Request a solution in this case.

                              On[protected] i purchased gold of amount rs. 55, 284.03 from tanishq. There was an offer of 5% cashback on purchase from tanishq going on during that period.
                              However i didn't receive the cashback amount even as on date.

                                I am tejas, i got call from hdfc bank that we are giving you dinner club card without annual charges and it will be free for life time.
                                I got a card but i didn't activate the same.
                                But few days latter i got a message that you have to pay your first credit card bill of rs.1178, when i called to customer care of hdfc, the lady told me that your card is not free. These are annual charges. So i asked her to block the card as i don't want it. So she told me she cant do that you have to pay the amount then and only she can proceed. So i want the solution from hdfc why the making fool to there customer by giving wrong product.

                                  Why the bank like hdfc is in tie with one assist which is deducting money without concent..

                                  Hdfc image will go down with tie up with this type of fraud.

                                  The amount deducted from 0576 credit card in the name of one assist may kindly be refund.

                                  Hdfc is capable of doing business without help of this type of fraud.

                                  This is a big scam.

                                    Hi HDFC, I made a transaction of 640 with udemy [protected]-TOMGOOGLEPLAYMASTERM with above transaction id. I confirmed with the udemy google pay service that they did not receive the amount although amount is debited from account. Please look into it and refund the amount.

                                      Hi,
                                      I was issued a hdfc bank diners club international credit card last month. Before issuing the card i was promised that it would be a free credit card and the amount to be paid after each year will be 0.
                                      But when i received the card to my surprise i found that i need to pay rs.1000 each year to continue to use the card. Although 1000 bucks is not a huge amount for me but its about the breach of trust. So i applied through the credit card closure form from a hdfc bank at phase 2, electronic city, bangalore on 29th october.
                                      It has been more than 20 days but i am yet to get any response regarding its closure.
                                      HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
