[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I have got cheated for processing personal loan | |||
Dear Sir, I am customer of HDFC bank since more than 10 years . Incident Period : 14th January to till date On 14th January, HDFC personal dept. loan officer name told over mobile as Ms Nishi (Mail id: zahid.[protected]@gmail.com & Mobile No. [protected]) and her manager Mr Sanjay Dhangar (Mail id: [protected]@gmail.com & Mobile No. [protected]) has called and inquired me for any personal loan requirement. I told her that currently i have been one Loan with HDFC bank whose EMI is Rs 41771/- per month and almost paid for 19 months so I donot want any top up loan. As she communicated that rate of interest will be given @10.99% instead of 11.25% as its drop down and currently scheme is going on so she insisted me to take Loan as interest is less. So I had shown interest as I was in need of my Home repair work at my native. So I asked what is maximum fresh Loan is eligible for me? For the same she asked me documents to be send as she cannot check eligibility details without documents. So I have mail her like salary slips, account statement, PAN etc (mail ref. 1) which I have sent her for necessary confirmation for Loan. I have many times told her and her manager that I don’t want current loan closure (i.e. BT) and if i am eligible for fresh loan amount then only process even if it is lesser amount say @5 Lakhs else i don't want loan. I have enough WhatsApp conversation between us as well as important call recording for the evidence. Please find my mail references on communication – details attachement 1) 14th Jan 2019_Loan Documents sent to Ms Nishi madam on mail id mentioned above 2) 17th Jan 2019_Mail received from mail id sales.[protected]@gmail.com with subject matter :HDFC Bank Personal loan Scheme confirmation[protected] SATISH J PATIL 1, 580, 000.00 by Finwizz Financial Services Pvt Ltd 3) I have clearly denied not to process amount as the that was after closure of my current loan account where more interest part I paid in 19 months and not beneficial after closing loan. I am also not aware about how the BT applicable in same bank. 4) She keeps on calling and convincing me along with her Manager Mr. Sanjay, but I keep them denying as per mail dated 17th Jan 2019 from sales.[protected]@gmail.com interest rate is higher (11.25%) and not committed earlier and also the scheme mentioned is closure of my current Loan (Closing Loan was loss to me paying more % rate of interest for the 19 months which I paid to Bank) 5) On 25th January, madam has sent me on my WhatsApp number fresh Loan of 5L details with EMI options of 10869/Month rs and cash back offer and no any other charges will be deducted. I was get convinced with this details and asked her that this fresh loan with10.99% interest rate is Ok for me. So she called me and just reply “OK” to mail dated 17th January 2019 ( as attached details mail copy). This call is record is available with me as evidence where I have asking for only fresh loan of 5L and donot process for closure . I also insisted to send me fresh mail with 5L sanctioned amount but she told that they have processing with 5L amount only and need to only reply as “OK” to mail. This total communication recording is available with me as a evidence . 6) I have replied “Ok” to mail as per call conversion between me and Ms Nishi 7) But they have processed my application with LOAN Account No. 64525722 and disbursed Loan Amt of rs 1580000 Tenor 60 months and actual amount deposited in my bank was Rs. 541135/- as SMS received from my SBI account where the Loan amount was deposited 8) I was surprised with this processing amount and feel Ms Nishi alonwith their Manager cheated me by closing on previous Loan of HDFC bank, sanctioning Bank Transfer Loan in same HDFC bank and deducted somany amounts which are never been discussed with me nor HDFC bank has taken consent from me. 9) I have started calling Ms Nishi and her Manager but they were not picking up my phone calls. I was little become annoyed and conveyed that I will visit bank and compliant or will report to consumer complaint forum. Then they started little picking up my phone but not giving details of Loan and advoc deduction which I never aggred for . 10) Since neither HDFC bank has taken my consent nor sent any Loan approval mail or Letter, Neither confirmation call from HDFC bank and directly deposited Rs. 541135/- in bank which is illegal and not proper. I also replied on 1st Feb 2019 to Bank that they this is not acceptable to me and Bank should reverse the Loan. Mail evidence attached 11) Since there were no actions and no positive response after repeatedly reminding to Ms Nishi and Mr Sanjay for reversal or cancellation of Loan. But no response from their side. They were trying to hide their identity by handing over their calls to somebody else and keep playing with my emotions 12) So I visited to Bund Garden Road HDFC Bank on 16th Feb 2019 and trying to meet them but they were hided their location during call and not liked to come to discuss the matter or give me details of deduction and total accounting for how only rs 5, 41135/- is deposited. I have requested on mobile call to Ms Nishi Madam and Mr Sanjay after reaching HDFC, Bundgarden Branch but they were avoided me meeting there and not sharing any information 13) Thereafter I reached customer service dept. and explained the cheating happened with me. Customer service representative has helped me by giving location of Mr Chandan Kumar of HDFC Bank who seats on 2nd Floor . 14) I explained whole incidence to him (16th Feb 2019) and he also aggred that no communication from HDFC bank for details of deduction has been sent to me and loan directly processed . But he keeps on convincing me by balancing the account statement deduction of Loan Account No. 64525722 on his computer but not willing to share details of Ms Nishi and Mr Sanjay. I was helpless when even Mr Chandan Kumar not listen my compliant and not taking action against the cheating and fraud loan processing happened with me 15) I desire that HDFC bank should listen my complaint and the lapse or Fraud Loan processing happened before disbursement of Loan amount in bank. I have lost major interest amount due to closure of my previous loan and given higher rate Loan with of deduction from my loan amount without my consent as well as not committed as per details provided by Ms Nishi and Mr Sanjay. • Note : I have the important evidences like Mails, Whatsapp communication and Mobile call recordings to justify my stand of cheating from HDFC Loan bankers. Kindly request to take my complaint for best resolution possible for give justice for refunding my monetory loss happened due to fraud loan processing . HDFC Bank should take consent from consumer before processind Loan amount disbursement and strck action against the Loan Processing offciers.
