[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I'm complaining | |||
I have an hdfc bank account. They updated my wrong pan card saying it is mine. I submitted my real pancard many times. But they are refusing to do it saying it is mine. Causing lot of incovenience. Another thing is i lost my banking documents in september and asked them to close the account and reissue a new account but they refused and there were unauthorized ecs and checks. They have taken 40000 rs as charges from me. I am a heartpatient and cannot bear this stress. Hdfc customer service is no good. Was this information helpful? | |||
