[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I'm not able to use my HDFC credit card from last 30 days (Date | |||||
I have HDFC credit card from last 3 years and in second wave of Covid i missed my payments. Now i have payed full dues (93000) for my credit card and their costumer agent told me that my card is in restructuring so email to [protected]@hdfc.com, which i did on 13th august and my restructuring got cancelled on 23rd of august 2021. I'm still not able to use my credit card. whenever i try to call costumer care they always give me one or another reason to extend my time. Today on 1st sep 2021 i spoke with Agent Anurag Dubey (Anurag Dubey provided me false information) and he told me that everything is fine from my end and i will be use my card within 1 hour (Call time was 8:55pm and total duration was 50 mins) but still i'm not able to use it. I have to call to costumer care for 2 or 3 times everyday to resolve this issue. I have spoken with Samsher at 11pm and he also tried to help but i got no solution from him as well. (Call duration 1 hour) Even after paying my dues i'm not able to use my card. HDFC credit card team is harassing me which is effecting my mental health as well. At the time of repayment when i missed my payment HDFC bank recovery agent tried to Threat me for hurting me if i wont pat the amount. Due to this card my CIBIL score is getting low as HDFC bank is not even mentioning my paid amount in CIBIL. I want solution for this asap.
