Hello, I have made a payment of Rs 45500 to one account but the status shown as transaction suspect.. however the payment has not been reversed yet, nor received at beneficiary end. This is pathetic, how could you hold the amount for 2 days. When we are calling customer care, they are not registering your complaint and telling you will receive back the payment after 3 days. For that also, they are saying if you don’t receive, please call back.. This is horrible service from HDFC
