I am writing to express my complaint.
Your team member hdfc relationship manager manish rana from noida sector-18 branch came to my office synopsys sector 64 office.
I was already an hdfc salary account holder.
He offered me infinia credit card if i transfer my relationship to imperia banking. I was having concerns as infinia is offered only for high salary brackets. So i confirmed the same with him multiple times during our meeting.
I was having yes bank premia banking and he asked if i will provide 11 lakh rupees cheque, then he will get me infinia credit card.
After two days he asked me to open two joint bank accounts so as to get life time free infinia credit card. Otherwise it's chargeable.
He opened two joint account along with my salary account and made it imperia in few days.
He told me 11 lakh account opening is the backdoor entry to get infinia credit card and i will get the card in 7-10 days after account opening. I gave him two cheques of 11 lakh and 50000 of yesbank to open accounts.
Meanwhile i gave referral of my two colleagues to him. But they suffered as well.. Which i also complained to rm banking head.
Now after 3 months, i have called him 100 times about the card but he has not given concrete answers and giving excuses.. And many time lies or false information.
Is this given to imperia banking, yesbank and hsbc i have never faced it. That's why i was always hesitant to go for it.
I have all call recordings of his approving of everything and giving false promises for your reference.
It's been 3 months and even after opening premium imperia banking with 3 accounts i'm feeling harrased and cheated.
Every week he has new excuses. And many times he told me your card will be delivered in a week. Or your card is approved or you will get it some particular day..
Do let me know the final status of card and help me get my infinia credit card which was promised to me by your imperia relationship manager.

This is cheating to increase their portfolio but not providing promised benefits.
