I did IMPS transaction on 01/04/2021 to my own ICICI Bank account. But, amount got debited from my HDFC and not transferred to my beneficiary account.
Also, I have received the Automatic message from HDFC as "your money transfer of INR 9, 700.00 on 01-04-21 timed out due to technical reason" (IMPS Ref No:[protected]. In the mobile banking app also displaying that "under process at bank".
And Now my ECS in ICICI Bank got bounced, to which they are charging almost Rs.1, 380/- Extra.
Based on the above evidences, the problem is with HDFC IMPS itself.
Kindly rectify my issue and revert by 9700/- (Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Rupees) amount on high priority.
Please do not make the poor people panic and request your support by giving my money back with the interest.
Please help me on this, and kindly let me know where i can get any refund of ECS bounced charges from ICICI Bank.
