Complaint details: i submitted a request to convert my savings account into an nro account & also requested a new nre account. However, even after over 3 months i have no access to my accounts even when they say it's done. Faiyaz was assigned as the relationship manager for my case but he knows nothing about relations for he would erratically reply to my emails & texts that were requests for information. No one from the branch mentioned above is giving me updates even when i've been transparent in providing all that they need. The branch manager doesn't seem to care what way the employees are it's customers.
Resolution: access to nro/ nre accounts, i wanted to invest my funds & i'd like the bank to compensate for the investment time lost i. E. 3 months. Was this information helpful? |
