Complaint points:
1) repeated promotional calls despite having dnd.
2) after getting troubled by bank, i kept credit card payment on hold till the harassment on the name of promotional calls is stopped.
3) instead of resolving the issue, bank ignored repeated request, delayed the issue and put penalty instead for rs 5000 for the payment of just 33000.00 rs.
4) found simply non cooperation from bank to address issue. Reached kalyan khadakpada branch, nodal officer, grievance cell, customer care, credit card department but no help.
5) bank has further blocked more than rs 66000.00 from my account and lapsed 8680 credit card redemption points.
6) exercising legal option is the only option left.

We invite your attention to our Card Usage Guide where it is clearly mentioned that the Bank, at any time and without notice, will have a right of lien and set off on all monies belonging to the card member standing to their credit in any account whatsoever with the bank or in the possession or custody of the bank. In the absence of any further payment towards your card account, the Bank had placed a lien on your savings account towards your credit card dues. In the event of non-receipt of payment, delayed payment or payment less than the total minimum amount due the applicable late payment charges/finance charges would be levied to the card account. Specific to promotional calls, please share the numbers from which the calls were received to assist further.
