[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — insta alerts/ sms alerts not received

Complaint reference number mumc[protected]. Am not receiving any sms alerts on my mobile number. I updated my mobile number on 5/3/19 at hdfc atm. I called the customer service and they said they have raised a complaint but i wasn't provided with any reference number. Today i have raised a complaint with the grievance redressal team and they gave me the above-mentioned reference number. The lady whom i spoke with gave me an option where i can login to netbanking and activate the instalert option from my end. I tried to login it's asking me for additional security purposes please enter the otp which we have sent to your number. The problem is am not receiving any sms alerts. Screenshot attached.

Dear Sir my Mobile Number is [protected]
This Number is registered in Bank account. When I was call on check balance number [protected] this message can show. Otp and other Messages on received but account balance not shown

Worst HDFC, AM not sure how these bank still captuing all coparate salary accounts tie up with companies

Very diffcult to reach out customer care ( cus number, tele phone id number, etc required )

No value of relationship manager, he only reach for investing money in HDFC

Right now Salary creditted message are not triggering to my mobile

@HDFC tell me how to reach your customer care, I have only customer id, register mail id, mobile, ?
