Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks for helping on this issue. I got a mail from HDFC team. I Appreciate and sincere thanks for them. As said, its not about the money its about the trust with the bank. Thanks once again to maintain as the trusted bank. and customer service doing really good job.

Updated by Nambi K This complaint i am raising, its happened two times. Last time when the manager said sorry and he promised to return the penalty money, but its didnt happened. 5 yrs tenure time, till now i am paying correctly, i dont know why they start playing and making more money when the loan almost going to complete in another 5 months.
I really frustrated and surely will share this news to save my friends and colleague to escape from HDFC Bank cheating.

Updated by Nambi K looking for swift action on this. As said, i really lost my trust with the HDFC Bank, where i trusted them more. i have already cancelled my HDFC Credit card and going to Cancel my HDFC mutual fund account too.

I would like to take this issue seriously and go with the consumer court, could you please share the process detail.
Its not about the money, its the trust which i lost with the bank.. Its happening twice, also no guarantee, till my loan period ( another 5 months... 4.5 yrs over) complete they will play the same game. Kindly advise me, Eagerly waiting for your update. ( Trust me, talking to HDFC bank or reply surely wont help). need to take serious action.
