I had called hdfc customer care for a instant jumbo loan offer on 23rd november where i was quoted a 0.99 pm interest. After discussion the advisor agreed to call on the next day and i could avail it. The next day i got couple of calls from hdfc for the offer. However, this time the interest was 1.25 pm. Upon enquiring the customer support team informed that the offer for 0.99 had expired and the now the offer in 1.25 and the advisor was pushing to process the loan calling multiple times. This is mis selling. Firstly i was not informed on the day of my first call that it was the last day of the offer. Instead i was offered a call back the next day. And then the next day i was repeatedly called by hdfc to process the loan at 1.25 when the interest rate agreed by me was 0.99
I have been a customer with a savings account and a credit with a good limit for more than 5 years
