Dear sir/madam,

This is regarding the credit card which i have used for more than 5 years. I have closed my credit card in the month of july 9th 2018. I have sent my credit cards to chennai address for the closing. I got a confirmation message from the banking states that your credit card has been closed.

I have paid all my outstanding as on date july 9th 2018. But still i am receiving calls from hdfc phone banking stating you have to pay 4993.83.

I do not understand why after closure of my card this confusion is happening.

Now i received the letter from the chennai bank address, stating that the outstanding has been deduct from your savings bank.

Why i need to pay for the closed credit cards.

As per July 2018 statement, the total amount payable is Rs. 2, 147.00 with the payment due date on August 01, 2018. However, we were not in receipt of any payment towards the same.     Hi,

    I have a/c in hdfc bank and i had a cc which i lost and i blocked it also.. But from the bank, they have generated automated cc and i am not understanding when i don't have any card still they are asking me to pay so much. I have already cleared my payments and i don't want any cc but no one is listing i have been to the bank so many times i called customer care they are saying go to the nearest branch. No one is doing anything.

    Your HDFC Bank card ending 3521 has been blocked as lost basis your request placed to our Bank Representative on call. Accordingly, your card account details has been transferred to the new credit card ending 9124. However, a physical plastic of new credit card was not depatched to your mailing address since you had not placed request for card reissuance at that time of blocking your credit card account. We observe that your card account has been billed with GST, over limit fee and other charges as applicable. We request you to contact our debt management officers at[protected] / 67268002 for further clarifications in this regard.

      I purchased jewellery from tanishq worth rs. 88836 through my hdfc credit card on 31st august 2018. As per running offer i was supposed to get 5% cashback if paid through hdfc credit/debit card. 2.5 months already passed but till date no cashback received nor any communication is there stating the timeline for cashback.

      Please revert on this issue as soon as possible.

        With regards to the transaction id[protected] of ₹_transfer via hdfc upi on dated 21/11/2018 with ifsc code bkid0095777 the money got credited from my account and the same is not deposited to the end user account.
        Than i found ifsc code is not correct.
        So how it's possible that ifsc code bkid0095777 wrong but upi transaction show successful.
        Please return my money due to upi take invalid ifsc code

          I have taken a personal loan from hdfc bank and monthly emi (4th of every month) goes through ecs mode since june 2016. This month (4-nov-18), it dint happend. I checked with my home a/c, citi bank, 3 times, and they told me there was no cheque presented from hdfc to them. And i was maintaining my emi amount 21988 in my a/c itself. Finally hdfc collection department called me to my mobile number on 17-nov-18 and i have explained to them. Then, they told me that, it was a technical fault, and had requested to pay the emi amount. They provided me a link through sms for manual payment. I have just paid them on the same day and transaction was successful (Payzapp txn id:[protected]. To my surprise, today i have noticed in my a/c there was a bounce charges + service taxes + gst in my statement. I have checked with citi bank customer care, and they just told me that, hdfc bank had presented the cheque (Which i already paid on 17-nov-18) on 21-nov-18 to citi bank, and as there was no funds, it got bounced. I had no clue, and was wondering, whey hdfc bank who already collected this month emi, had presented it again to citi bank and without my knowledge. I have just called to hdfc customer care and got to know, that, there would be re-presenting cheques on 24th of month. Also told there was some rbi process changes, and asked me to visit branch and fill ach form. Atleast the collection department could have informed me about the process, that, there could be re-present again second time. If so, they shouldnt have collected from me manual payment. They do collected manual payment, and again went on to present again to the bank, which i feel there is some disconnect between collection department and bank. I am a middle class salaried man with lot of commitments, and paying the emi's every month promptly. But irrespective of that, i got levied with bounce charges (+service taxes) with out any of my mistake. Firstly, if there is any rbi process changes, why it was not intimated to the loan customers on it, and get processed. Hdfc bank had failed to do that. And secondly, as i heard from customer care, collection department will not have any info, rather just to collect manual payment. Hdfc bank could rethink on this, to avoid this kind of situation. Both collection department and bank should work together, get updated everyday. I regret for taking personal loan from hdfc and wish would never commit this mistake again. I was not having sleep due to my office work yesterday, and still making this hard effort to share my experience and will do on all social media platforms, so that, hoping to save few innocent customers like me.           I have submitted ACH mandate through post, but again I have got a message saying data mismatch and resubmit the ACH form. Finally, I have applied leave to my office, and I have walked to the loan service center, Indira nagar branch, Bangalore, and waited for an hour or so, and have given physically. I havent got any acknowledgement for it. Kindly recheck it.

              My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company at that time they said no need to maintain any minimum balance after some time i left the company, my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) from then onwards they keep on imposing penalty around rs 600/- and some times rs 700/-per month. They deducted rs 1200/- from my balance. Now as on to day 21/11/2018 it showing rs -4000/-

              How should i proceed further,

                  I am not able to register for credit card through net banking.. Because cards tab continiously showing me the message 'your request can not be processed temporarily, sorry for inconveniance' as i have tried to register my debit card one month before and still it is showing me this message...                     Hi, last monday i booked a ticket in redbus while doing payment amount has been debited from my account but ticket is not booked. So i enquired about it to redbus they told the payment is blocked in payment gateway you need to ask bank so i tried calling you no one is responsing me so please take steps and try to refund my amount as soon as possible.

I would like to inform you that, my last month total bill was around 9000/- and total minimum due amount was - 8206 around I don't remember exact amount. I have paid INR 7000 and could not pay only 1200 for minimum due.

                      Just I have not paid 1200 in my last bill you have charged me following amount -

                      Total charges - 1238/-

                      This is the way to charges anyone just not for paying 1200. I am not going to pay this amount anomore. I would request you to please speak with your management and remove those above mentioned charges from this month bill. I will pay all the bill only once you remove those amount from my bill.

                      Also, I have purchased a Laptop for this I have paid INR 29700/- from my credit card. After paying 3 emi payment I was suppose to get 10% cashback. Same was mentioned in my slip. Hence this amount has not been reimbursed in my this month bill.

                        I had applied for a money back credit card but was delivered a solitaire.none of the customer care numbers seem to work.Ref No.18K[protected].Bank executive verified the documents but now he is not responding n saying all credit cards are same.Please resolve the issue .I have exhausted all attempts at contacting the customer service.Send the card I had asked for or cancel the card altogether.

                          Hi,
                          I had placed an order on Flipkart on 25th Sep 18 in terms of EMI by
                          my hdfc credit card. was ordered a "realme 2" phone and order id was
                          OD[protected]. And I had canceled the order on the same day(25th Sep
                          18). I received the refund from Flipkart on 27th Sep18 as well. Now the
                          thing is emi amounts are still getting paid through my hdfc credit card and
                          I'm being charged by credit card. I have talked to my bank and
                          Flipkart both are giving own theory.
                          My bank(credit card) is saying that Flipkart has not closed your emis yet.
                          It was opened when you had placed the order. and Flipkart is saying that we
                          have closed order.

                          Seriously, I don't know what's going on anyways since payment is going to
                          Flipkart as mentioned in credit card statement so please check the issue
                          and let me know that who's issue was this Flipkart or hdfc.

                          Anyways, refund my amount what has been charged for emis asap. sending the
                          credit card statement in the attachment for your reference

                            I have applied for a credit card via hdfc internet banking. All the verification at my office address was done. All the required documents were collected by the verification agent. But he didn't asked me for salary slip. Few days ago i got a mail from hdfc stating below information
                            Dear Applicant,
                            Thank you for your interest in the HDFC Bank International Credit Card.
                            We are unable to process the application further, in the absence of the requisite income documents.

                            We request you to submit the appropriate documents as mentioned below at your earliest convenience to the appended address.

                            HDFC Bank Cards Division, P.O.Box 8654, Thiruvanmiyur P.O., Chennai 600 041.

                            Alternatively, you could drop the completed form in the drop box at your nearest branch addressed to The Manager HDFC Bank Card Division.

                            For Salaried - Public Limited/Multinational/Private Limited/Proprietor Firm/ Partnership Firm

                            Form 16

                            Duly Certified Salary Slip with Visiting card/Employee ID

                            For Salaried - Government / Public Sector

                              No one is able to resolve my problem, even the customer care helpline is not able to answer my questions. I applied for credit card about 45days ago and till now i haven't got it. First of all they sent it through blue dart. Blue dart held my card for a week. Also didn't call at my number. They didn't deliver, and then I went to their office but they told me that package is with us but we can't give you we will deliver it to your address.

                              Now the card is somewhere in chennai I've tried many times to customer care they listen to my problem and just say that someone will contact you.

                              It's very bad and I am really disappointed with this, not expected this from HDFC. If anyone able to help please contact me.

                                  Worst bank of india. Not only india ever worst bank of the world. The bank employees misguide the innocent peoples only to complete their targets. I want to take action against hdfc bank so if is their any other people who is suffering from the bad services of hdfc kindly contact me.                                     changed my salary account to saving and afterwards imposing non maintenance amount.

                                    Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 2 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -8500 balance.
                                    The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 8500 negative balance. Without my permission how...

                                    I have taken car loan (Amt: 3.90 lac for 36 mmonths) in april 2018. [ laon agreement no. Is 56375288] after paying 7 emi, i ask for forclose car loan, hdfc bank charges shoicking 6% of remaining principal ammount.
                                    I am feeling like hdfc bank trapping customer, doing loot, and i cant do anything. Kindly requesting rbi to take some action to control on such loot.
