HDFC Bank — ISA Account at HDFC Bank | |||||
Hi, I applied for ISA account on 9th December, 2016. Today it's 3 months and still my account is not opened. I have done numerous complaints - through phone and secure message (internet banking) and also contacted my home bank manager - Pooja Jain. I was asked to fill-up and provide documents three times till now which I did. However, today 9th March 2017 (3 months after me first visiting Kharadi 2, Pune branch), my account is still not open and I still don't know when this will be opened. I have money lying in my saving account to be invested. But as the ISA account is not opened, I am unable to invest and this has resulted in financial losses. Ms.Pooja Jain, Manager of Kharadi 2, Pune branch is fully aware of this situation and infact, she was the one who took my application on 9th December. I have no words to explain how ridiculous service HDFC Bank offers to it's customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
