Hi

My HDFC salary account was created by my first company on 2013, but later i lost all my bank details including my account#. I tried calling customer care multiple times but couldn't reach anyone due to authentication failure.
Now i guess the account must be in negative balance cause its been more then 4 years i am not using the account.

Please suggest me how to close the account with out paying anything extra.

    I want to complaint against ur executive .. he dont know how to talk with Custmer.. executive name is vishal. I hve a jumbo loan of hdfc bank .. on brhalf of my hdfc bank credit card. today is my due date and he dont teach how i will pay.. and executive dont know how to teach Custmer.. and how can he help..i think he need training again how he can deal with Custmer. I m not a defaulter .. and dont wanna be..

      I applied for opening of HUF account and submitted all the documents at The Mall, First Mall Branch of HDFC Bank at Ludhiana on January 31, 2017. As present I have saving account in same branch (A/C No. [protected]). I am repeatedly visiting that branch to remind the staff regarding opening of account. But every time I am informed that account will be opened soon. About 15 days after the submission of forms I was informed that account could not be opened because of ‘Audit of bank’ being in progress. Exactly one month after submission of forms, I was informed that one of the employees have taken my application forms to her home and forgotten, so this is the cause of delay. Now more than one week have passed even after that incident, still today I was informed that application is in process. The level of HDFC Bank have fallen below that of even public sector banks. I will be very happy if they return my cheque and application forms.

        I have found that the amount rs. 115 has been deducted again and again from my account no. [protected].. I complaint many times about this to the branch staff from near about 3 months ago but they did not respond and yet the amount deducted again and again after complaining him.

          Hi,

          I have get a new HDFC Credit Card. But out my surprise Rs. 1299/- charged on my credit card account without any kind confirmation/intimation to me as OneAssist Membership fees. Now I am struggling with HDFC Customer Care to get it deactivated for last 2 weeks for this unwilling membership fees reversal.
          I need a help to get this membership deactivated and do a reversal of membership fees.

          My Complain was:
          Without my confirmation Oneassist Membership fees Rs. 1299 has been added in my card. Why this has been added?
          I want immediate reversal of this fees.
          As confirmed verbally, that this card has no associated hidden charges. Its absolutely Free. Till date I did not use this card. And now I am afraid of having some more hidden charges. So I want to surrender this card post reversal of this unknown hidden charges. Please let me know the process.

              I have a savings, DEMAT and Trading Acct in HDFC opened on june 2016. the bank keeps charging me with Depository charges of an average of Rs 150 per month. But for the month of Jan 2017 it charged me with Rs 466. I dont under the rationale and the mechanism of how and why these depository charges are being cut ?

              I want to know why these depository charges are levied and hor are they calculated. also what is the Annual maintenance charges are for if you charge depository charges separately?

                I have received the calls from the dsa of hdfc bank which is in jaipur triveni nagar ankita associate from [protected] for the making credit card i have give him time for collecting the required documents on 2nd march same i have give to documents collecting boy and he said me that he will be login the file on the same day but still my file not login and no response from hdfc and dsa also.

                Also i was called to dsa they are added my number in black list also. Wow its amazing yaar.

                As per discussion with Customer care, i paid 15, 000 rs in 3 installment in 2010. after that i checked cibil it shows" POST (WO) SETTLED IN CIBIL REPORT", now i contact HDFC, they told still you will pay 18, 000 rs then only we will changed to status to cibil report. Please clarify,

                    I have a saving account in HDFC bank bistupur branch, Janshedpur having A/C no. [protected]. I had opened this account in Year 2005. I had never taken any Loan from HDFC bank so far. Recently i got a Notice from HDFC bank that i have a personnel Loan in my ID (Loan A/C no.[protected].At the same time Amount Rs. 183/- had been deducted from my saving account on dated : 02.01.2017. I had booked a complaint in customer care unit (Complaint no. - KOLR[protected]) on dated : 01.03.2017 against this issue. Front that time i am constantly chasing the status of my complaint by visiting the branch or talking over phone. but sorry to say that no body is giving me a positive reply on this regard. I had visited you loan department also & talk over phone in your customer care unit also but didn't get response. Yesterday an Amount of Rs. 11630/- has been blocked as "Hold fund" in my saving account. I am facing difficulty in day to day transaction. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                        I submitted a request for Surrender Value Quatation at HDFC Life Office, Vikhroli, Mumbai on 1st March 2017. I was informed that the quotation would be mailed to me within 2 days.
                        However, in spite of repeated reminders and calls (5 till date) the quotation has not been issued. I have been in contact with Mr. Hansraj Patil at HDFC Life Vikhroli Office and he has been stalling me with different reasons everyday. The customer service at HDFC Life has been extremely poor but this deliberate delay tops it all. This time I have been told that the quotation is not being generated till I get my money back that is due as it will cause confusion in my mind. I wanted the quotation before the next premium is due on 11/03/2017 but I now feel that HDFC Life is making every attempt to make sure that I receive the quotation only after that.
                        I have communicated all of this in great detail to Mr. Hansraj Patil and however he has made no attempt to generate the quotation on time and on the contrary has delayed it way beyond the initially mentioned 2 days.
                        It is also worth noting that Mr Hansraj Patil stalled me with a different reason each day and has not called me back even once to give me an update on the reason behind this frustrating delay. I have made a total of 5 calls in order to follow up and each time till yesterday I was promised that the quotation will be mailed by evening. This promise was never fulfilled and every time I had to call back to ask why that was the case.

                        I have instructed HDFC Life verbally not to deduct the next premium payment till I get the quotation. Please look in to this matter as soon as possible.

                          I have stuck on some payment of hdfc credit card. so i call his pune customer care no and they are not provide full details and in between they cut the call again i was doing same thing but result is same. i was tried more then 3 times and every times they switched to my call on mute and cut.
                          What kind of thing they are provided if customer is not satisfied. its really horrible and ridiculous for customer who payment before due date. need to action for same.

                            I used my credit card for payment to TATA Sky, i got debit message twice.
                            However tata sky has been paid once. HDFC has charged me twice for the same transaction and the issue is open since more than one month now.

                            Double debit for single transaction. I received an email for sending supporting documents- I sent them in email to cc disputes team. No action since a month. I have received statement for march'17 and I will not pay for charges i have not done.

                              I applied for car loan on 3.03.2017 and submitted all required documents. But employees of hdfc shows there unresponsible behaviour towards me. There giving replies to me that our credit manager is on leaves so neither we can return your documenta nor get approval for same. Just 3 days before i submit my new current account opening documents but this behviour felt me that i should not connect myself with this unprofessional employees. Sir i m chartered accountant and having rich experience in bank audit for serveral banks. But as a feel in hdfc i never felt else. So i[censored] have any responsiblity towards your customers then inform me about your action against these types of employee.

                                  I have been using HDFC bank credit card and other bank services for last 2 years.Recently i used HDFC credit card for pay my bill of 100 rupees at petrol pump.But later checking my statement i was shocked to see that bank debited 111.50 from my account.Government says move to cashless transactions, but this is the issue that make people stay away from cashless economy.Also for online fund transfer HDFC bank always cut service charges and other taxes.Please do the needful otherwise this Bank will steal the pocket of common men.

                                  Im paying a Personal Loan in HDFC bank. They called me more than 20 times to take a another loan. I have told them not to call I'm not interested but again and again they calling me. It's such nuisance for me today

                                    I had purchased a HDFC Life Sampoorn Samridhi Insurance plan which stated on 23.12.11 for 5years and maturity was due on December'2016 and annual premium was Rs. 24372/- Second premium was also paid during December'12 but due to forget and other reason premium of 2013 and 2014 could not paid. During 2015 (fifth) premium paid online. When I visited HDFC Office, Guwahati, Assam during 2016 the staff of the office told me that due to none payment of 3rd and 4th premium it is now to be revive and to revive the policy I have to pay Rs. 56672 which I have paid vide by cheque later it is has been inform that Rs. 336/- more is to be paid which I have paid.
                                    When again I have visited to HDFC office to know the development of my maturity payment the staff told me that due to lapsed of premium of 2013 and 2014 earlier paid premium will not be paid by the Company. Ultimate the company paid me Total Rs. 82916.01/-(Rs. 56910+24372+1644.01). But the amount paid by me during starting the policy and second premium not paid i.e. Rs. 48644/-(Rs. 24372+24372).
                                    In this connection, I would like to state that as per Provision 6(ii) of the Policy it has been clearly mentioned "Reinstatement of Lapsed and Paid-Up-policies, I your policy has been paid-Up or lapsed. it may be reinstated, subject to our consent and such terms and condition as we may specify from time to time. The terms and conditions would include a minimum of providing satisfactory evidence of good health, payment of all outstanding premiums and interest on all outstanding premiums". Which I have paid and dully filled up form provided to me in regards my health. But the premium paid by me during 2011 and 2012 has not paid to me by the Company.
                                    Now my question is why Company includes such provision, lapse may be happened due to unforeseen various reason, moreover where I have paid lapsed premium with interest why the Company is not willing to pay my amount.
                                    I, therefore, request hour honour kindly look into the matter on priority basis as I am suffering from financial hardship. The details of my policy are as follow:-

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I have been with HDFC bank for past 5 years, suddenly with out my concern they converted my account to classic account . and today I have received a mail from HDFC stating that, the classic program is chargeable +service taxes.

                                      i am not sure how do they enroll to me a service which I never agreed and charge me now .

                                      This is absolute cheating by hdfc kindly do the needful ASAP
