When i was booked a ticket from irctc on 04.02.2017 my transaction was fail;ed & as per irctc amount was refunded on same date vide cancellation id/refund id no.[protected] on date 04.022017.& as per your sms dt.04.02.2017 amount was credited/reversed by irctc 12027 rs.1875/-
But, till date the amount was not credited in my sb a/c no.[protected]

I was looking forthe details of the loan documents vs what i have signed while receiving the first payment of disbursement and i have been told that i will get a copy of all the documents that i am providing and the list of originals i have submitted but i haven't received anything yet .

I have paid Rs.8640 for my Policy on 7-11-16 for HDFC click to protect Term Policy. But till today, the policy was not issued to me.Even my medicals are perfectly updated and all documents are submitted.

But as per mail conversation, company's representative said that there is a technical mistake due to which policy is not being issued.

Below is a detailed complaint i gave to HDFC Life on 19 Nov 2016. Still now i have not got a solution from HDFC on the money i have lost. They got back to me in between saying that they have given warning to the sales person at Vizza Brokerage, but that does not solve my problem or get back the money i paid. This mail is in regards to the credit card payment for my card [protected].

There is a outstanding in my card which had crossed my credit limit.

I pay minimum amount due every month. For past few months there were 2 months due, in which I clear one month due.
