HDFC Bank — ISAQMC Charges

SB Acct. No. [protected] (preferredCustomer). I have just noticed a Levi of Rs. 286.25 from my SB account (dated 20/05/2016) supposedly for mutual fund transaction through netbanking. I have never done such transaction. This is a serious matter and I demand immediate reimbursement of this and all previous such charges.

I also understand that this practice is going on for a while and many more customers are effected. if so, this constitutes a systematic fraud by the bank. Stop this immediately.

Hello,

I have noticed money deduction for ISAQMC No.[protected] which is existing without my knowledge. Already I faced an issue with DMAT account and now with this account. Everytime should I complaint anything with this bank. I don't understand, without a person's approval how you are deducting money. I did not get any communication regarding this ISAQMC.

Please revert my money which deducted so far.

I have being paying this charge Rs 295.00 for an Imperia bank savings account why. I dont do any online transactions regarding MF or shares. I have a separate online HDFC SECURITIES account from which i deal. This charge was never explained nor was it explained.Kindly refund me for all the past deductions also
