Am very unhappy with hdfc bank services they always cheat with customers i have a salary acount in hdfc bank for salary ac holder interest rate is 7.5% for personal loan when i aaply for loan in hdfc bank mall road ludhiana punjab branch they said they with charge for 7.5% interest but when my loan pass they made emi with 14% interest they cheat with me they asking me rs 2000/- for file charges and rs 200/-for stamp papers

Am very unhappy with your customer services they lie with customer and with him they missguided me and lie with me they said no any cash advance charge apply for withdraw money from atm in 50 days after 50days some charges in interest but when i withdraw 500/- from atm you charges me 345/- rupees for cash advance charges plz dont cheat with customers plz tell him truth and give me my cash advance charges or i will go to higher authority and compaint your bad services to rbi

    This has reference to subject request number on personal loan account number 19124530 which is not linked/register to my cbil due to which undersign is facing so many problems just due to negligence at your end.

    If something gets delay from the customer end your people literally penalizing but not giving assurance nor time bound response to the above said issue. No official at local branch are supporting nor taking responsibility to give assurance.

    Recently i have received a mail stating that it will be resolved within 3 working days but no any updates on this.
    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have sent "n" emails to the loansupport hdfc at last stated that they will resolve within 3 working days but no any updates.


    Due to which undersign is facing severe problems to avail any financial support from the institutions.


    Hope your intervention may conclude the matter with in next 24 hours.
    You people are just passing time by asking CIBIL control number which was shared to you in my initial mail itself and even personally submitted @ your Ahmedabad, Parimal Garden loan centre.

    Non sense service and making delay in the issue inspite of resolving on immediate basis as this is purely your mistake which should have been done in 2011 itself.

      Refund of policy no:18501943. I have cancelled the policy for the delayed decision regarding the approval from your end. Had you been timely intimated regarding the processing status. I would have not gone for cancellation. There is too much of delay - i am happy even they dont issue me policy. I am expecting full money refund as this process is too much time consuming and they are wasting customers time the usual service commitment by hdfc life team is 18-22 working days but in my case its more than 57 working days and no progress or prompt action is taken.
      Hance the deduction of medical fees can not be levid on me. So please refund the medical amount to me with full payment 6564/-

      I had paid the premium of Rs 22177/- for my Policy No 10033546 on 08 Jun 16. I have not received the premium receipt as yet. The transaction reference No is GSBI[protected]. Kindly forward the premium receipt for the payment on my email address [protected]@yahoo.co.in forthwith.

      Now receive alerts on your email ID as well as on your mobile phone for premium due dates, payment confirmation, policy lapse alert, new product launch, etc. by registering through ‘My Account’.

      To register, go to https://cp.hdfclife.com/cpweb/OnlineMyAccountRegistration.aspx and follow the given steps:

      1. Fill in the policy number and Date of birth and click 'Next'

      2. The policy owner name, email ID, mobile number and contact number fields will be pre-populated. Mobile number and contact number fields are editable, if not updated previously.

      3. Select the Check box and click Submit.

      4. An email will be sent to your email ID that is updated in the registration page. This email will contain an URL which on clicking will validate the email ID and the user ID and password will be sent.

      5. The URL is valid for 15 days. If you click on it after 15 days, an error message will be displayed. In such cases, you need to register again by filling the registration page.

      6. If the email ID was previously present and the user modifies it, an email is sent to the previous email ID informing of the registration for the service. However, the URL will go to the new email ID.

        Bank continuously charging minimum balance on my account and bring it to negative 3375 rupees from my positive balance. i was going through some medical conditions which makes unable to maintain the same. but there should be some limitation. when i met to bank manager his behaviour was rubbish. he told me you must have to pay the amount. he says me if you cant manage the dont open the account with us. and close the current account by paying the negative balance otherwise it continuously go on charging.

          Hi, myself himadri sekhar haldar. I am a hdfc credit card holder person. Last year on september/2015, i got a call from sudipa, a customer care executive from hdfc credit card department. She told me about various offers available on my newly hdfc credit card. Also she told me that there was a free health insurance worth rs. 5, 00, 000 with validity of 2 yrs. But initially i had to pay the premium i. E. Rs. 10, 959 in 24 months emi @ rs. 525. At the end of 24 months i will get the full premium amount i. E. Rs. 10, 959 which i later found out nothing but a tricky marketing policy.

          So, on 28/jan/2016 when i decided to terminate the policy, a customer care executive viz. Radha from credit card department suggested me that it would be better if i cancelled it via hdfc credit card department instead of hdfc ergo general insurance company limited. The reason behind it i would suppose to get refunded around rs. 8, 000 - 9, 000 rather than around rs. 5, 000-6, 000. But it will take 60 to 90 working days to get refunded. So, i choose to cancelled that policy by hdfc credit card department for which she gave me a cancellation no. I. E. Can00088211 on 28/jan/2016.

          Now when i tried to contact that person (Radha) over telephone[protected], either she was unavailable or if she available she told me that it will take some more time. I don't know how long will it take to get my refund. So, i lost my faith in them and written a cancellation request again over e-mail ([protected]@hdfcergo.Com) on dt. 13/june/2016 regarding cancellation of hdfc ergo health suraksha policy (Policy no.[protected].In reply of my email, they informed me that they made a note of my cancellation request and i will get a call from them within 3 working days and it will take 15 working days to get refunded.

          But, since now neither i got my refund money from hdfc credit card department, nor got a call from hdfc ergo general insurance company ltd. Instead of that they charged me every month rs. 525 on my hdfc credit card bill.

          My hdfc ergo health suraksha policy no. Is[protected]

          So, i please need you to look this matter seriously and cancel my policy and refund my money as early as possible.

            I dont know how to settle and to whome to call for the settlement of credit card debt some one from the bank calls me every time for the payment and settlement and never calls again for it again after 6 months or after a year another person calls for the same settlement and when i say them to help me for settlement they say that they will talk to the senoirs and finalize the amount and the process and will send some one for the collection with the settlement letter but no one comes or never calls again again after a year some one calls and follows the same thing
            I have gor fedup with all this pls help me to settle my CC debt i want to pay the settled amount.

                I had taken a health policy from hdfc life at august 2015 with premium amount of inr 18, 282, but we don't won't to renew this policy again. But the same has been continued this year 2016 without informing me and amount of inr 18, 282 has been deducted from my account which is unacceptable.

                Full name of the life assured - mr. Mohan rai

                Premium amount - inr 18, 282

                Same infomation has been shared with hdfc paharganj branch and agent (Deepak tyagi) who had sold this policy to me, but they had no idea about this fraud.


                I want to know below things from hdfc bank:

                1. How they had renewed a policy without informing me, also at the time of selling this policy by agent (Deepak tyagi) this has been not committed?

                2. When will i can get my money back into my account amount of inr 18, 282?

                  Credit card closure letter

                  My name is jyoti bodade and holding hdfc policy (Ref no.[protected]. The mentioned policy was sold to me in cheating. One of the officials from hdfc life, pune branch (Dipali sharma and varun sharma) had called me to sell this new policy (Ref no.[protected] and were trying to convince me as i was old customer of hdfc life. Due to funding issue, i had surrendered my old policy long back in 2003. When i was not ready to purchase new policy as mentioned in the subject, hdfc life branch official tried to give me bribe and said that his branch will be giving agent's commission of rs. 65, 000 to customer (Me) and also said that i should not disclose such information at any of the branch office in mumbai as i am located in mumbai. When i tried to get more information from hdfc life branch office, pune officials said that i will receive pink slip and yellow slip with cheque details but before that i have to purchase new policy as mentioned in the subject.

                  This policy was sold to me by (Bipin mishra[protected] mumbai branch official. After receiving the policy, i had called so many times to mr. Varun sharma and ms. Dipali sharma but they just kept on saying tht i will receive cheque very soon and finally i had not received anything. When i realized that i was trapped by these people, i had requested them many a times to surrender my policy but they did not allow me to do so even within 15 days of policy doc reception. Now 2nd premium was due for this policy on 14th jan 2014 and i am not ready to pay premium to this policy.

                  I hereby request you to consider my grievance as against the hdfc life branch and help me to reimburse my full amount of rs. 25000 paid against this policy in cheating.

                  I have already registered this complaint with irda.

                    I want to cancel my "health suraksha policy" with number[protected]/1, but even after several request the company is not cancelling the policy and it is automatically charging the premium from my hdfc credit card. I want this insurance policy to be cancelled right now. Hdfc is taking my money without consent and this is a serious offence. Also, initially i was totally misguided by the bank personnel and he had stated that this insurance policy comes with my hdfc credit card i won't be charged any extra premium for this, but as it seems it is no different from any other insurance and i was tricked by the bank personnels because i could not gather enough information about it.

                      Hello there,

                      This is rabindra kumar paltasingh. I want to mention that i was checking my cibil score after clearing all my credit dues two months back. But still my credit score is showing less than 750. For your reference i am giving the credit account details.

                      After clearing the dues i got the assurance that my credit score will be updated within 45-60 days. You can check that this is been already more than 60 days. But still my credit score is showing the old score. I think from your end no one has initiated or communicated with cibil regarding my credit score. So i request you please initiate to update my credit score asap.

                      on 6th Aug 2016 at 3:19 PM, I got a call from Miss Monika Khanna, of New Delhi branch, one of your executive in credit card quality team. She just told me there is nothing wrong from their side and they cannot do anything for this. I asked her to suggest me how can I get rid of this problem, but she was very rude and said this is my problem and I have to deal with it, but they cannot help anything on this regard.

                      My concern is very simple. My CIBIL score got decreased as per my payment history from a certain descent score. Now I cleared all my dues. So should not it get updated to the previous existing score? If its not like that how can I get back my previous score to avail any credit in future? Please help or suggest in this regard. This same question I was asking to that lady. but she was not in a mood to explain anything.

                      The personal loan dept is saying that the status of my captioned loan account in CIBIL is correctly updated as “BLANK”

                      I have mailed to CIBIL customer care regarding this. They are saying this depends upon credit institutions. So I can't understand what should I do?

                      Another thing I wanted to request you that I have not received my NOC after clearing the credit card dues. I have been requesting Mr Ashish Sharma of New Delhi branch, one of the credit card executive, but he is not giving any response.
                      So please send my NOC at the earliest to my mail id.

                      My concern is very simple. My CIBIL score got decreased as per my payment history from a certain descent score. Now I cleared all my dues. So should not it get updated to the previous existing score? If its not like that how can I get back my previous score to avail any credit in future? Please help or suggest in this regard. This same question I was asking to that lady. but she was not in a mood to explain anything.

                      The personal loan dept is saying that the status of my captioned loan account in CIBIL is correctly updated as “BLANK”

                      I have mailed to CIBIL customer care regarding this. They are saying this depends upon credit institutions. So I can't understand what should I do?

                      Another thing I wanted to request you that I have not received my NOC after clearing the credit card dues. I have been requesting Mr Ashish Sharma of New Delhi branch, one of the credit card executive, but he is not giving any response.
                      So please send my NOC at the earliest to my mail id.

                        I'm facing lot of problem with HDFC Dinner Club Credit card at many shopping malls and food counters. Almost all top rating supermarkets also not accepting this card. when we visit any hotel or restaurant also its not accepting and agian i'm giving my debit card instead of it.

                        So, Can you please help me how can i change it into VISA or any other credit card type.?

                          To start with... When i purchased 4 wheeler (Car) hdfc ergo offered me insurance policy (Garage cash) say, your car has been in an accident, has been damaged to an extent where it is unfit to be driven and now must be sent to the to the garage for repairs. For the duration that your vehicle is being repaired, garage cash cover will rescue in such a situation as it provides you with a daily allowance for commuting purposes for each day that your car is in the garage for repair... And i have claimed garage cash for the same submitting all the required documents. Hdfc ergo has the worst customer support agents as they ask for other documents and again they ask for other information...

                          When i spoke with support agents they said i can mail the documents and i did that after 3 days they were again asking me to send the documents via post and it was for almost 26 days. If i sent any mail they will give an auto reply that"it will be resolved in 3-4 working days"but nothing happens there. After submitting the documents via post they said i haven't applied for other car insurance while being repaired in a garage. They wasted my time and money and also there's no such terms & conditions stated in policy terms. They closed my claim as i haven't submitted required documents...

                          This had happened for 2 times and when i asked for the explanation they said they will get in touch with me after 5 working days. I don't understand why they offer such fake insurance policies for people when they don't follow their terms and conditions.. And i'm closing all my policies with hdfc ergo... My suggestion is not to take any policies related to hdfc ergo as they won't resolve your query and they will definitely waste your valuable time and also money.

                          I would like to share this to every individual who's choosing hdfc ergo insurance.. Don't go for this insurance, instead you can go for (Bajaj allianz, icici & some other insurances) their service is nice when compared to this hdfc.

                          I have attached all the email conversations of hdfc ergo you can have a look at the same and even till now i haven't the response from there end.

                            In context of hdfc life policy bearing policy no 18004919. an amount of rs 1 credited in my account and has been told that pre medical histroy was not shared by the customer so they are not liable to pay any death claim. above mentioned policy was in name of deceased raj kumar seth he died on 21st march, 2016, there's three policy in the name of raj kumar seth in one policy bearing policy no 15522351 got the fund value not the sum assured as was told that there's one premium due inspite of the fact the premium was paid as per my information i went to the bank and crosschecked they gave me the bank statement in which there was entered an amount of 25000 paid to hdfc life. when i went to the branch they asked me to file a new death claim settlement as there's another policy bearing policy no 18004919. after filing the claim i came to know that the nominee is rajveer kumar jaiswal not ranveer kumar jaiswal to get the claim amount u have to bring succession certificate, i have already filed for suggestion certificate. even the policy bond was returned to hdfc life as the bond was not dispatched from hdfc life nor me nor deceased raj kumar seth have seen the policy bond, how could a person have multiple policy with different customer i'd that too with the same insurance company with same bank account. horrible experience with hdfc life insurance

                              I am unable to reset my password for Giftplus card it says wrong card number I tried resetting in the forget password option but couldnt and it said incorrect card number.Is there any other link to reset the password for GiftPlus card.Shd i need to post the card number? This gift card was received last year nov and wanted to know if this has already expired.

This is very rediculous that you have not your ATM here even reach & every bank in India has their ATM at this place except yours . So please arrange your ATM as soon as possible to avoid this situation... This is a very big issue that should be resolved..., ...

                                  This is regarding credit card dispute with HDFC bank caused due to unauthorised transaction on my credit card.PFB points in detail.
                                  I was in UK last year from jan to Oct, I could not check any mails, phone sms from HDFC suring this time, there were some unauthorized transactions happend from jul-2015 till october -2015, I came to know about these unauthorised transactions while I called the HDFC customer care for closing my Credit card.
                                  1) I have transferred the whole due amount for closing the card on 19th-october(waited for 2 days as it would take 1 day to get credited into the account).
                                  2) On 20st Oct I called up again to close the Credit card, and came to know I have to pay another Rs.86, I have done that payment too.
                                  3) On 21st Oct, I called up and asked the team to close the credit card.I did not get any acknowledgment no/SR no on this.
                                  4) To my surprise there was another transaction happend on 23rd Oct, for an amount of Rs.3457, so I have called up the customer card and asked the reason how it has happened, they said it has not been blocked. I had to argue with the executive but could not help me on this. He took the request for blocking the card to stop any further unauthorised transactions.Also informed me to send a mail cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com mentioning all the unauthorised transactions, I have even done that.
                                  5) Now, Another problem aroused since there was a transaction happened, payment department of HDFC keep calling me for due amount payment, they keep saying that I have to pay the due amount, they keep calling me and irritate me, they have even sent recovery agents to my home which was totally intolerable.
                                  I have lost my credit score, and I came to know about this when I have applied for a car loan with ICICI bank.
                                  6) Now I have got a message on mobile that a conciliation notice has been issued.
                                  7) It's has been very long and have n't got any proper response from the disputes team. Not sure why disputes team is not communicating with the payments team for such cases.

                                  I have the proofs of paying the closing amount and mail conversation with disputes team. Please demand to listen to conversation on 19-oct, 20-oct, 21-oct, 23-oct for confirmation.

                                  I would be very happy if this is resolved soon, I am sleepless because of all these things.

                                  Prasanna Manager of HDFC bank, Begumpet branch[protected], spoke to me on 17/Aug/2016 and she is trying to convey that investigation on the unauthorized transactions is already done, and no reversal can be done at this time. Also, she is asking me pay the due amount for no impact on my CIBIL score, I said I would not pay a single paisa, then she is threatening me that a legal notice would be sent and action would be taken accordingly.
                                  Please resolve this ASAP.
