Hi,

I was using credit card from HDFC bank and was prompt on my payment with them and due to unforeseen circumstances, my payments got delayed and finally i opted to go for settlement with them. Total o/s was 2.50 lacs and settlement amount was 1.50 lacs. I have already given them 9 PDCs towards settlement and the first sue was to be paid in cash on 29th of Aug 2016. As i was unable to honor their call as i have joined new company and was in training . Today i.e on 30-Aug 2016 they have called my wife at around 8.45am and informed her that i am absconding from my new job since last 3 days.

Please suggest what is to be done. 2 more days are to go before the month end for these recovery agents.

    Dear sir, iam your old customer i have many accounts in hdfc bank, my complaint is regarding my credit cardno.[protected] sir i have purchased a lap top on 27/07/2015 and debited my ac by 43860 swiped by seller on conditioned of six months emi conversion of 7304 amt per month and also promised cash back of rs.1650 instead next month when statement was observed the out standing balance was showing full amt which the card swiped amt 43860 and also overlimit fees leived 500rs in my ac seeing this i complaint to toll free no. and they assured me that there were some problem you and your credit card ac .will be updated by emi and balance will reflect in you r statement soon, then i obrseved next month there was no change in my statement showing the amt outstanding i talked many times to toll free no. but they always lingerind me . but then also i have deposited rs.15000 on date 16/12/2015 but then i got notice on date 22/12/2015 from advocate nanavati assossites madan alpana ben i talked to her many time i have explained to her my problem and sent her the every prooff to her she checked and then also i fowlowed her but then she stopped picking up the phone of me after some time i again paid rs 7500 on date 24/12/2015 then i was tired about this matter then i complaint phisicaly in bank sent prooff phisically by my god dod road branch but then also no comunnication was made by hdfc bankto me no coversation was made to me by bank also i paid 7500 rs on 22/01/2016 then i stopped paying they charged me over limit fees late fees finance charges every charges threre possible. i am very dissatisfied with your bank and at last i thought to mail to ombudsman thinking that i will get any solution . wating for your reply.

    I have applied for credit card 2nd time the reason of rejection is I got to know that my office address was not correct. But I am 100% sure I have provided the same address during call verification which I had mentioned on form. This is very frustrating. Please look into it.
    Sir I am 46526014 of HDFC salary account holder I was taken two wheeler loan when process my loan then HDFC executive make Rs 2310 as a processing fee for loan amount Rs 53600 please judge my case and refund my processing fee in my above mentioned account
    My updated credit card was returned due to change my address and I have send three time change address form for getting my new credit card but till date there is no any replied for Ur side.

    I have send lettest address changing form 5 days back.

I'm calling the settlement number as given by phone agents non one is answering the call. I would like to settle and close the card. Can I go to a branch and do that? I'm live in Bangalore.           I purchased on 23 Jul 2016, 11:04 PM at shopclues.com oder No- 95748509 this transaction was Not Successful . still i had not received any massage from Bank then i tried again and i placed an oder 23 Jul 2016, 11:05 PM order No[protected] and again it was transaction failed on shopclues.com then i received a massage from bank your amount debited from your account Rs.2298 . i thought it will be auto revert back within 4-5 working days as per bank procedures.
          Again i tried and placed an oder on 23 Jul 2016, 11:21 PM Order NO[protected] and i got a massage from shopclues your order is complete and Even i got a massage from HDFC bank Rs.2298 debited from your account.

          I was waiting and checking my saving A/c balance whether they revert back of my amount or Not. But they did not. then i called to Bank customer care and they told me no our bank did not take your amount and ask your marchent they received your amount. and i called to Shopclues customer care and they filed a complaint. after 2-3 days they told me we havenot received any amount and ask your respective bank.
          again i called to bank and bank to shopclues NO result and i have spent Rs.200-300 on phone calls to their customer care .its 35 days are gone.
          still i am waiting . shopclues mailed me a print screen of their computer.

          HDFC bank has not solved my problem. Still i am waiting. bank always asking please send marchent coffermation mail what they have sent u and i send/forward them all mails what i have received from shopclues.com but no action. still hdfc telling marchant received ur amount but marchent is telling they have not received my amount and they gave me transaction dropped Screen Shot from their site.

            Dear Sir,

            I am holding salary account in HDFC Bank, Account No: [protected]

            I am using UBI ATM at Sarai Maswanpur Kanpur Nagar branch for cash withdrawal for Rs. 2, 000/- on dated 27/08/2016 .

            Due to non networking, we cannot get cash for ATM machine, againt Ref. No[protected] dt. 27/08/2016 .

            In same day our balance is rs. 5966/-

            After not received cash from HDFC, I am using more one time withdrow money 500 Rs.
            Our passbook HDFC Bank Debited 2000/-, which cash not received by ATM and
            UBI ATM also debited Rs. 2000/-, which we get cash.

            So, Please reverse the entry againstRef. No[protected] dt. 27/08/2016 . and credited recovered amount of Rs. 2000/-

              I transferred 2400 Rs via IMPS to SBI account on 12 August 2016. But payment transferred failed.

              Status:-
              ""Your last transaction has been timed out. You will receive your status in your mobile shortly""

              I registered the complaint in HDFC customer Care as well ( complaint number moh c[protected] .

              Today is 27 August 2016 but I didn't get my money back neither it has been transferred to SBI account of Jaswinder singh.

                The lady from hdfc bank called me and asked for credit card.

                He told the card limit will be between 50000 to 100000

                But when i checked rite now after receipt of card they are telling the limit is of only 20000.

                When i called up the hdfc customer care there executive (rohit dhangare)
                He said the limit will be 20000 only and he is unable to help me for same and he said you can write a letter to chennai.
                This guy was unable to understand that i am escalating an issue to which he was taking very casually.

                I told him to connect me to any senior he said none of them can help you they will also say same thing.

                This customer care guy was very casual on approach to handle my query and concern that is the reason why i am putting my query and complain on this forum

                  There is a deduction of hdfc life insurance EMI from my credit card account since last 6 months, which i have activated.
                  When i call credit card service dept. they are saying that i have activated hdfc policy and when i call hdfc life service dept they are saying that there is no any policy activated on there database records.I have not receive any documents regarding this policies
                  I neither got response from hdfc credit card services nor from hdfc life insurance services and my EMI are goes on deducting from my account.I have also visit hdfc bank as well as hdfc life insurance office both are pointing towards each other I have also call recording from both of the dept please help me out.
                  This is very frustrating situation.

                    Pl.note that I have taken a personal lon from HDFC (Loan Account No.[protected] for a tenure of 60 months and have been paying my EMIs regularly without default starting from 04.12.2015.Recently I had applied for a top up of my current loan (Rs.3 lakh approx)(Loan Ref.[protected] that too on your bank personnel's regular insistence.But to my surprise, I came to know that the application has been declined by the concerned Credit Manager because my employer TRF LTD.(A TATA ENTERPRISE) has gone into BIFR.I would like to state that our Co. is a TATA Group Co. and already we have made a turnaround by posting Profit in June Qr'16 as submitted to Stock Exchange.So credibility of a TATA Co. cannot be questioned like this.Hence, I would request you to reconsider my application and sanction it.

                      I Yayati ignatius Vinayak Pawar, I have taken loan from HDFC bank for two wheeler ( Mahindra duro ) in 2013 then due to some financial problem I could not pay the EMI but in 2015 I have done the settlement accoutring to hdfc but still my name is been showed in cibil and I am not getting any loan cause of this
                      And I was told that henceforth their will be no outstanding on my name n they have givin me NOC also

                        After complete my emi this March month they deducted my AMT from my account in July month.
                        I write a mail many time to them they informed me ur check was bounced that why ur AMT was deducted.
                        First of all I already cleared my all emi I have a bank statement. Second if I have any pending AMT why they not informed me. They have my two cheque and both cheque AMT is approx 10000 RS how it possible to bounced because they deducted 15000 from my account so there is no possibility to bounce.
                        Again my question is why u submitted my security cheque.
                        As per Amit(agra branch) u don't have any pending AMT to clear only after that they started to deduct my emi from my account no is [protected]

                          They have been telling me that I paid a bill of 20000 for pizza in June-July 2014 and till now not able to provide me with the information. Even they informed me about the same fraud charge almost after one year from the charge accord on my card. I asked them to investigate and inform as that can be a fraud charge as I never paid any bill for pizza of 20000. They kept on saying that we have investigated and you made the payment. Since the card is on your name you have to make the payment. I denied making the payment and now they want top add the credit card payment account to my Car Loan account which never had any pending payment in last 3 years.

                          I have been forced and getting so many threatening calls from the recovery team and when I denied they said they will do anything to get the money.

                            Dear sir/ madam
                            i Ibrahim Tamboli . Loan a/c#41521404 having applied to PL through DSL by agreeing on term that int @ 11.49 and with zero processing fees and part payment/foreclosure charges and I want all the things written on emails, he Yes will get but approval of loan but once approved still didn't get on mail later he send person with agreement of 11.69% int rate including processing fees and Part payment / foreclosure charges, , , and convince me to signed doc for the time being so that if he had agreement in hand he will convince manager easily to reduce the rate to 11.25 or atleast 11, 49 % excluding any other charges also said me before finalising I will receive a confirmation call and email of interest rate, EMI amt, all other details.

                            But when HDFC person( mr Sunil ) called me and said interest rate higher than what mentioned in doc. not what I have agreed 11.49% and I said I don;t agree to it don't disbursed then called 2nd with same info and I disagree and third time he called me along with one lady who explain rate 13., , , something I said pagal ho kiya, , Check the document what it is written then she said 11.69% than I said no I dont want loan. Later DSL called me and try to convinced that he will get all the refunds of extra charges from bank dont worry i'm from native place only will not cheat you. than etc n all. DSL convince Manager after days of talk I receive directly disbursement message on last Saturday evening 8 PM around.
                            As soon as I call customer care who is not available and then immediate drop the [protected]@hdfc email to stop this forcefull Disbursement of loan I have not allowed to it. No action was take until 48 hrs and Tuesday I receive a call someone just to confirm what is issue and no action is taken yet.

                            Then I talk to costumer care raise a complained she denied and ask to visit bank if not send proxy. so may brother went as proxy along all documents. Hei requested you staff, for closer/ of a/c
                            i was informed that it need approval from manger as he in meeting for whole day, so i went next day did all formality, 25th Aug, now they told me they will do today Friday 26 Aug within a 10 mints task is this. Let see what happened.
                            Now nearly 4 days I have receive amt in my account on Monday and they are delaying the process and asking me to charges 1000 rs unnecessarily where forcefully loan has given to me on the term which i was not agreeing.
                            i request kindly look in to this matter asap .
                            i didnt expected this, such big brand bank, hdfc. your staff is private company must be very pro-active, with great pain and regret, This is not the ethical business to do.

                            Finally spoke with Prashat and he showed positive signed but let see what best can be happened.

                              i barkat ramjee ravjani . sb a/c no[protected] having a/c with your
                              kurla kamani branch,
                              decide to close my a/c .so, i requested you staff, for closer/ of a/c
                              i was informed that it need approval from manger as he in meeting, so i went next day did all formality, 1 wk of aug, they told me they will give cal in 3 days
                              nows nearly 20 days no reply,
                              i request kindly look in to this matter asa possible .
                              i didnt expected this, such big brand bank, hdfc. your staff was rude. they did want to give cell no of manager.,
                              with great pain and regret, regquest pl understand the customer, he does not deposit his money, only but his faith and time also thank you

                              Many deductions happened in account stating DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP.Lot of money got deducted without any reason.It is very inconvenient to deduct money without reason.I feel very bad.nearly 2000k rupees

                                  Applied for personal loan with HDFC bank with loan reference number:41466604 on 1st Aug 2016 in BANGALORE.
                                  Submitted all documents including 4 blank cheques as security.
                                  After few verification, the bank employees informed over phone that my loan request got rejected.
                                  I have not recieved formal communication regarding the same.
                                  I mailed to saubhagya.[protected]@hdfcbank.com and an assistant Manohar with phone no: +91-[protected] asking the same was in vein.
                                  The documents are not returned to me back.

                                  However, the bank employees have not kept the confidentiality of the loan application and leaked my details with other banks.
                                  I have been getting frequent calls for personal loan from other banks saying "your application is being rejected by HDFC. We offer better rates with no pre-condition" .
                                  This is a serious offence.
                                  How, does such confidential information gets leaked out of HDFC bank?
                                  Why the bank is hesitant to give the confidential documents that i submitted? I heard repeatedly that only blank cheques will be submiteed back.

                                  There is no response from the bank.
                                  Only a bunch of people who are like sales agents would answer the call only to delay.

                                  Can i file a criminal case against bank for such breach of conduct?
                                  Who fixes the accountability of banks in this regard?
                                  What penal action would be taken against bank for such breach?

                                    This is regarding my personal loan which i have taken from hdfc bank
                                    Loan number[protected]. My emi amount 17, 455 i unable to pay some unavoidable situation unable to pay last 2 months its 35000 around. I will pay this month end clear a emi and next most probably i clear the amcontionslyount and reagularise my account. I’m getting the threaten call, home knocking and unwanted words to use executives and and associates continuously. As soon i will my emi and pre closure my loan my level best.

                                    Last time a executive to use bad words and he offer serve my wife.

                                    Please let us know how to resolve this.

                                      My name is Vignesh M, I am holding a HDFC credit card since November and my credit limit is 30k, out of this I spend 3k & 27k which includes 2 EMI's for amount 10k and 17k. These people never told the cons of credit( ie. min due) which literally affected me lot. Being 1st time credit card user I am really not aware of the crap behind the min due. Unknowingly I paid 2 r 3 months and suddenly a month i unable to clear due on time and collection team called for clearing due and gave me a shock asking me pay certain which seems on higher side and that time also promoting to pay min so that we won't disturb. After clear discussion came to know that min due won't make impact in due amount. But my financial situation forced me to pay min due and continuing the same till date for last 9 months (nearly 20k or more paid) and still my outstanding is 27 k. I am highly forced to be mental pressure. If asking clarification they are trying to prove and justifying their deduction.

                                      I need help through this forum to close this Credit card with minimal pay considering the amount paid by me so far and get me relieved out this mental pressure.

                                        I have done transactions using payzapp from mobile for 2xrs.2500 and rs.400 and rs.100 for a total of rs4500 with tata sky one after other as each of them kept failing. I have confirmed with tata sky that the money did not get credited to them.
                                        I have raised complaints numbers 1133972, 1133973, 1133975 with hdfc and yet they are making me jump all the hoops, trying to part me with my hard earned money.

                                        This experience happened with my spouse's debit card too. For some reason, if a transaction fails, say goodbye to your money. They will make the process as unfriendly as possible in case the transactions fail so that you'll get vexed and ignore it.

                                        Shame on them!
