Hi,
My name is dr. Vipasha sharma, i have purchased maruti celerio from autopace, industrial area, chandigarh on june, 2016 by sanctioning loan from hdfc bank. The emi paying date has been decided by them on 7th of every month. Which means the date of payment lasts with 12.00 a. M of 7th. But they put the penalty of rs. 345/- at 10.00 am of 7th. However, i receive my salary on 7th evening of every month. Then how they can fine us, on the other hand they said that emi will be automatically deducted from our sbi account, which did not happen.
For that purpose we talked to relation manger, mr. Summit with phone number [protected] to resolve the issue. But nothing came positively. Thenafter we asked for the loan account to deposit the money but they said their executive will collect the cash from our house.
However, i have already paid the emi as it has been collected from my house by authorized representative of hdfc on dated 16/7/16 but surprisingly i have received message from hdfc for penality of rs. 365/- for not paying the emi as dishonor of security cheque on dated 21/7/16.
Therefore in total
Cheque bounced two times for 345 x2= 690/-
Penality fined by hdfc= 631/- for late fee depositing the emi.
Therefore we gave 5973 including emi + penality
