Please follow the below steps to submit your request for a Cheque Book through NetBanking: Access your NetBanking account with your Customer ID and NetBanking Password (IPIN) Select "Cheque Book" below the "Request" section on the left-hand side of the page Select the Account number (if more than one account) Click on "Continue" and then "Confirm". A reference number will appear on the screen confirming your request. A new Cheque book sent by courier to your address on record so as to reach within 7 working days. Your mailing address updated in our record is ____________________________. (Complete address not provided due to security reasons). There is no charge for issuance of Cheque book of 25 cheque leaves per half year for Savings and Salary account holders. Additional chequebook of 25 leaves will be charged @ Rs 75/- per chequebook. We request you to visit the below-mentioned link for information regarding applicable charges. http://www.hdfcbank.com/common/fees_default.htm The request for a fresh Cheque book can also be logged through the ATM (through the option of "others"), PhoneBanking (through the IVR), SMSBanking, Mobile Banking or over the counter at any Branch of the Bank. This is recommended in case you wish to place a special request (number of cheque leaves required is more than the standard issue of 25). Update your address under "Address details" Select the document type that you wish to upload from the drop-down menu under "Address proof" Click "+" and select the document Click "upload" Type the code shown in the box Select "I/we confirm that we have read the Terms & conditions and that all details provided on the form are true & correct" Click on "Submit" Following are the documents that you can upload as Address Proof during the above procedure: 1) Passport 2) Driver License 3) Voter's Card 4) Aadhar Card 5) Central or State Government issued ID Card. If the request/document is in order, the address would be updated in 2 working days. Alternatively, You can submit an application for change in address duly signed, at the branch. Please mention your Customer Identification Number in the request. If your account is a joint account and if the joint applicant wishes to change the address, please fill a separate form for his / her address change. We regret that we are unable to process the address change request through PhoneBanking, e-mail, scanned, or faxed copy. The form for the address change needs to be submitted together with documentary proof of address (please carry your original documents with you). The document needs to be self-attested by yourself.
