HDFC Bank — Jumbo Loan Complaint

Hi,

This is Mohammed Ismail, I have HDFC account as well as Credit card,

Last month 22 October Saturday I have received call from HDFC Customer care Hyderabad center they have offered me a Jumbo loan on my Credit card, I have accepted and clearly told the executive I need loan before 24 Or 25, and the executive has told me the loan amount will be credited with in One day which is Monday, after that I have received verification call from Chennai, and the executive has taken my details and she also confirmed me the loan will be credited most probably Monday if not Tuesday, before 25th October, that time also I have told I need the money before 25th, and she said ok.

Till 25th of October the amount has not credited as per they agreed and on 26th October I have call to customer care and told them to cancel the loan because I don't required the loan any more, she said the loan amount will be credit on 26th evening and I said I don't want to loan, then she (Jhansi Laxmi) agreed to cancelled the loan amount and she said once the amount will be credit to my account I wont be use that amount the amount will be auto deduct from my account within 4 Days.

I have waited 4 days but the amount has not auto deducted from account, after that I have again called to phone banking executive and asked reason, then the person has told the Jhansi Laxmi has taken the request as pre closure instead of cancelation, and I have to pay the Total amount with preclousre charges and Service tax, after this I have raised so many complained against this issue, but still the issue has not resolved, very very Bad service of HDFC Bank they are laying each and every time, in my complaints I have clearly said I am not going pay the charges, because the mistake has done my HDFC Bank

But till the date I have called to Phone banking executive and raised many complaints but still the issue is pending and today I have received the loan statement with preclousre charges + service tax, very bad experience
