Dear sir,
I have salary a/c in hdfc bank, a/c no-[protected], currently i am working in fulletron india credit co. ltd in godhra branch in gujrat, in the date 02/07/2016 hdfc bank was deduct from my salary ac rs.4082 for amb chrg but my account was salary ac. so i was gave the written application in hdfc bank godhra, panchmahal, gujrat to branch manager on date 01/08/2016 for return my charge.
But branch manger was not any...

My first company issued hdfc bank salary account, i left that company 1.3yrs back and hdfc charging me maintaince charge as 690 per month now negative balance in my HDFC salary account is -4754.07.
where as RBI doesnot allowed such a negative balance schemes.
These companies don't respect the RBI rules when RBI is not taking any action against this Comapny.
People will lose their faith on RBI too is it will continue..br...

My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my 2nd company 2012, So once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they THREATENS me to pay else CIBIL SCORE GO LOW.

Hdfc bank charging for non-maintainence of minimum 10, 000 balance on saving account. Four time i did complaints, first time reversed amount and started again fund deduction. Now my balance is inr -690. They deducted balance for cess. And not answered which type of cess applied. They are violating rbi's zero saving account rule.

Please sir help me.

I got a message at 11:05 am that a fraudulent transaction of rs 14, 446.81 has been made on my credit card. Further i checked online the amount outstanding is rs 14, 960.81 (No record for the further rs 460 even on sms).

In effect rs 14, 960.81 was being transacted from my cc wherein i never did any such transaction. I was called by the hdfc cc team at 11:07 am and they told me multiple transactions were tried but one of them...

I am using hdfc credit card from last 5+ years. I used for food, petrol and shopping. I am not able to understand their march-16 and april-16 statement so i haven't paid there bill. Mumbai department called me for reason.

1st (Junior) caller was good and understanding my problem, after tell her bill paid + amount i used in those month are not matching.. She agree on that and called her senior to explain...

I wrote several times to the great and friendly hdfc team, that i don't have my credit card number to pay the bills.

As my old one is expired, without my confirmation they issued a new card.

My name is Sunil Gurav. I joined a company in the year 2015 and that company opened my salary account in HDFC bank I left that job after few month because of personal reason. At that time my account balance was less than Rs.10, 000. It happend without any notification or SMS. And now i.e.after 1 years It is showing negative balance of more than 7000. I am totally shocked and worrying about the same.

I use HDFC bank credit card ending 6610, I received a message from HDFC bank on 01/10/2016 saying that my account xxxx will be debited for Rs 1805.17 towards payment of HDFC bank credit card ending 4341 on 01/10/2016.
But i dont own any debit/credit card ending 4341.
I thought some wrong message is triggered to my phone number but on 07/10/2016 i got one more message saying payment of 1805.17 is returned make alternate payment.br...

As per rbi rule passed in the month of may 2016, there should not be a penalty charged to the savings account in the event of non-maintenance of minimum account balance. Whereas i do see that i had been charged with a penalty amount of rs. (-) 1845.40 as of 9th october'16. Please help to understand as why this has been charged even after rbi guidance. Please rectify this asap......
