Hello, from several months I am trying to get my account unblocked.
I visited branch and told all documents were fine, The rude people made me visit branch several times.
You have got my money, I have the rights to take legal action and I was about to, I was told by your staff that this time forgive us.
I still see "Hey! We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request. The beneficiary account has either been closed or blocked."
Email me ( do not call me ), I need written records.
