HDFC Bank Life Progrowth Plus — fraud and cheated by hdfc manager

Dear sir,
I was mis guided by hdfc manager and took hdfc progrowth plus plan. I paid 2lakh rupees and the next premium is due this month. I was asked to check the fund value each time and when i checked it by giving missed call to a tollfree no. The value so far is 1, 81000. Which means the amount i paid is already under loss od 19000. If i would have done fixed deposit of my 2lakh rupess i would have got 14000 rupess as interest for 2 yrs. This is another loss for me.. The manager gave me false promises and cheated badly.
Please help me sir
