I had applied for HDFC Bank Jumbo loan on 11th October, I still havent received the DD and HDFC Bank is not ready to give the contact number or website address for tracking. They have provided the AWB number but without the website address to track what can I do with it, Their customer service is unable to provide the same saying they dont have the details of the company.

I am unable to understand why HDFC Bank has given contract to such companies.

      I have requested for personal loan of 10lacs.loan amount has been disbursed on my account however as per their commitment the DD of balance transfer for axis bank has not been completed yet.

      From last 2 weeks, I am just hearing it will done by tomorrow. The person in Hdfc bank named Yogesh, who is in bund garden branch was speaking so aroganntly & disrespectful to customer.

      Another person or he might be a manager named as Chandan Kumar was also not responding to my request.

      Please let me know when will I get the DD for my BT.

        I had applied for Credit Card, HDFC bank dispatched the card through there partner blue dart-[protected] to be delivered on 11/10/19. Till date have not delivered. HDFC bank is not giving any answer. Instead telling to clear all CC due and stop the services. They have stopped my old card also for without any reason. I want my new card and reason for delay and stopping my services.

          When ever I do online purchasing through net banking IAM not able to receive otp in my mobile .when I asked through phone banking they told we have refreshed ur credit card otp and for debit card u have to do from net banking site .I cannot find option to refresh contact detail, I visited my branch and they told to open hdfc Bank app and they did some setting change and still the issue is not solved

            I loaded 10000 on 22nd oct 2019 money from hdfc crefit card to payzapp but money deducted in credit card account but not reflected in payzapp account, today i added 10 rs it was reflecting can u help me out with this issues i dont what wrong with the transaction, i raised a compliant also but no one is revert back to me, please refund my amount as soon as possible.

              Hi, my name is mayur. My hdfc a/c no is[protected], ifsc code is hdfc0001796 & hdfc bank branch is paud road branch pune. I opened account behalf of my company in jan 2017 and it continued in use till nov 2017 but due some health issue, i undergone multiple surgery. I left my previous organization and i'm completely in bed rest state since last 1.5 years even i don't memories things that time my account is in inactive state and it will charged rs.600 continuously and it in minus account state. So, i request to waive off money but they do not waive off money and told me to pay amount. I alreday mentioned about my current situation and i'm not going to pay money.

              I have deposited a check of Rs 2655 dated 16/10/19 on 16/10/19 at HDFC BANK KOTA MAIN BRANCH,
              But till date it is not appearing in my account,
              i have visited branch office but they are telling that this check is not available there though on anther check is deposited same day and time is there with bank.

                Refund has been initiated from amazon on 1st october 2019. To my credit card ending number 8524. And the same day i've received the confirmation from hdfc bank to my registered mobile number at 02.10pm.
                But my credit card statement that amount not yet reflected. For translation of rrn which amazon has provided is 025598
                And when i talk to hdfc bank customer service they said marchent not yet refunded..

                  I have lodged a complain to hdfc bank (Complain no[protected] on 08th october 2019 to customer care about fraud transaction happened through my account on the very same day. On 9th october 2019 i filed dispute form alongwith fir copies. On 24th october 2019 i received a reply that it was through upi and genuine transaction. I don't know where our money is safe when reputed bank like hdfc give you such reply and fraud transaction can happen in this bank.

                    Fraudulent transaction happend on my hdfc credit card rs. 2.00, rs. 9, 870.00. Rs. 9, 980.00 and rs. 15, 499.00 at m/s. Paytm ivr e commerce and m/s. WWW.MOBIKWIK.COM on 03/10/2019. Immediately hdfc phone banker informed me about the trasactions and
                    I confirmed this is not done by me,
                    Still these trasactions are approved by bank and i am being charged for these, dispute team has come back saying these trasactions are approved and i have to pay the bill.
                    I am a very average salaried person, now since credit card statement is generated i am afraid to not be able to pay this
                    Much huge amount and become a defaulter there.

                      there is no option to talk to customer care executive.. no option in ivr???

                      My credit card [protected] is expiring this month 10/19. The new card still not come. I want to ask status from customer care but there is no option to talk. I am dialing isd call again and again and there is nothing happening.

                      Can you look into it? Whom should i call? Where should i talk. The number [protected] is pathetic

                      I cannot make isd calls again and again to listen to your ivr recorded instructions...

                            Bank has put lein on my savings account even after paying the settlement amount against the credit card, i do understand it was delayed but was paid still lein was applied. A lady from mumbai team speaks as if she is the owner of hdfc and maharani of some place. I do not deny to pay but there should be a way to speak and also should understand there are different requirements of a person holding a family... I have a small kid at home and my entire money is stuck due it lien so requesting to please assist on the same... Customer id is 6975618...

                              Hello,
                              This is a complain about something unusual mostly over looked yet very important. I got married last month and my husband is hdfc bank (Raipur) employee. His working hours are so odd that we don't even have a normal life routine. He leaves for office by 8.30 in the morning and there is no fixed time for his coming back home as he has so much pressure that he don't even get time to have his lunch. Our married life is another matter, my husband doesn't even have a normal life he don't even get time for his own things that needs to be done. We especially i am so fed up with his job that we have decided to file a divorce just because of his job. I know you will say that there is always an option to quit but here my question is why should he quit his job when all the bank worker and the authority can do is just make changes in their working methods and fixed working hours.

                                My card expired in 08/2019. I changed my residence before that date. My card was returned due to unsuccessful attempts for delivery. Tried called customer care to resolve my query n get my address changed but the number is an automated line and can't speak to a representative. I had visited my home branch but they say I should call customer care n try again. I want my card back. Please help me with the procedure.

                                  We have make a transaction from my credit card no [protected] dated 14.10.19 of rs. 39121.00 and we received a msg from hdfc that debit of rs. 39121.00. After 3 days we have login to see the status. We are shocked that my a/c was debited of rs. 39352.41 on dated 14.10.19 and rs. 1377.33 and 247.92 on dated 15.10.19. This amount was not at my knowledge and never received a msg from hdfc bank.
                                  So please reverse this charges that debited extra from my credit card.

                                    Hi tried adding Rupees 4000 to my PayZapp wallet through HDFC credit card. Money got deducted from my account and not reflecting in my wallet.
                                    I tired calling customer care & they are not responding. Kindly check this issue and credit back my deducted amount ASAP.

                                      My name is nagendra soppadandi being a hdfc credit card customer at hyderabad branch telangana. Bearing cc number [protected], no proper customer care for resolvning issues immediately from hdfc
