I having hdfc bank credit card with your bank. This credit card is not in use from the last 1 and a half yrs.
But so many default charges that have been applied to my credit card account.
And i m not able to pay the outstanding amount.
Total outstanding amount around 1lac and above but i am not using the credit card from the last 1years.
So please reverse charges.

    I have used my debit card for payment of hospital charges rs 1250/- at mamata hospital mahabubnagar. The hospital having pos machine of hdfc levied 31.25 towards bank charges. Inspite of my submitting that there won't be any charges they didn't listen and charges are collected. I request you to verify and refund the charges to my bank account.

      The branch of mheru and manager name is mr. Ram tripathi and his co staff are not able to deposit the cash with proper documents. If i m able to bear the charges governed by the govt what is the problem to staff to deposit the cash they denied it and behave rudely. He asked me too go somewhere else to deposit the cash because others branches deposit cash above rs 25000 as in illegal manner

        I am getting some unnecessary amount deduct from my account i. E, charging inst-alert chg inc gst. My customer id is[protected]. I don't know why but if it happen because of some facilities then kindly stop that facilities.

        Each month i am getting deduction of inr 17.70 in my saving account. Stop this on high priority.

        If you don't revert these charges i'm going to end my relationship with hdfc by closing my saving and current account.

        We wish to state that Salary/Savings Account customers registered for InstaAlerts service with 'SMS' facility, would be charged Rs. 15/- per quarter + taxes.

        Additional Information:

        Customers who are registered only for 'Email' alerts facility for receiving InstaAlerts will not be charged.

        Debit/Credit Card Transaction alerts sent as per regulatory guidelines and NetBanking transaction alerts do not form part of InstaAlert Service.

        Customers who are not registered for InstaAlert service will continue to get these alerts free of charge.

        All fees and charges mentioned above will attract Goods and Services Tax (GST) @18%

          My hadfc two wheeler loan number is[protected]. I have take loan for two wheelar was last year 2018 december. I have to pay emi last 08/2019 aug only. My pending loan was two emi amount 3535 amount. Last one month before my son was accident thats why iam not able to pay correctly. Its was financial problem. Hdfc kanchipuram collection person ask money. I already told give time i willl pay. But they not accepted that, morning 9 to evening 5 clock also wait my home out side. Speak roundly my neighbors all see them. They come yesterday nite 9 clock also ask my daughter. But i am not in home i am in hospital its my son. I will pay onley after 2 month fully pay amount kindly give time. Dont torcher any time please i am live with family. I case any big happen come my home you only responsible for that. Now also that collection person wait my home out side. Please recover the problem.

              Dear sir,
              Last day when i checked my account, there was 885 rupees deducted from my account. For this when i talked with hdfc customer care they told me this is debit card annual fee. And when i asked her (Neelam), this money never deducted from my account before. And she told me this is new card issues to you from last year. And this is annual fee of your new card.

              My concern is when they offering me this new card they never told me any annual charges. Otherwise i never take the new card. Now they are charging me on basic of this. And when i propose my concern to them they are telling me to visit branch for this.

                I have a salary/savings account with hdfc bank. I have few loans and emi/ecs payments are registered with same account.
                I was unemployed since an year, and couldn't arrange the funds in time. Because of the insufficient funds i got few many cheque bounces.
                I have arranged some funds from external sources for loans into the account, and hdfc bank immediately deducted more than rs32000 at once without any prior information to me.
                I accept that debit return charges are pending from my end, i'm willing to pay the charges on monthly basis but not at once.
                Please help me to get my money back, i desperately need that amount now.
                This is my first bad experience with hdfc bank.

                  Amb chrg ncl gst for jun jul aug deducting twice

                  Even after saying that the account is not a salary account anymore, the bank is deducting twice thrice 708rs. Hard earned money is being looted easily by the bank. Why do not they understand that public keeps the money in the bank for security and not for looting.

                  I dont know why this is happening with my account so many deductions. Please do not opem account in hdfc bank. My advice. They do not explain for the deductions and keep deducting until its 0.

                      My customer ID is:[protected]. I am not able to top up. Despite KYC OK in the profile, customer care says that I have to submit KYC documents to mail ID:

                      I have mailed the documents for KYC on 26.10.19, but I did not get any acknowledgement. I keep resending the mail everyday but it is of no use - neither the problem is resolved nor my mail acknowledged.

                        I had purchced an item from amazon on emi which was supposed to be no cost emi, i understant that the interest on emi was reduced by amazon from the device price. But now in my e statement i could see that i have been charged with two components namely mer emi int nbr and finance charges. According to me it should have been only a single charge rather than two things.

                        Dear Customer,

                        We have noted your concerns expressed with regard to the EMI availed in your card account. We would like to clarify that, there is a discount given by the merchant at the time of transaction equivalent to the Interest being charged by the Bank. As per the current Finance Bill, all fees and transaction charges levied in your card account will attract a rate of GST @ 18%. In terms of these guidelines provided by the Finance Bill, the Bank will be levying the GST accordingly. We would like to clarify that, effective July 01, 2017 service tax rate of 15% is replaced by Goods & Service Tax (GST) at 18% and thereby like to confirm that the GST component once charged will not be liable for any reversal. GST is a government-initiated item and a government guideline on taxes, as a bank we are abiding by it. Hence, we regret our inability to reverse the same. We request you to contact the merchant for any further clarification regarding No Cost EMI.

                          Hi Team,

                          As per below email i recharged my fastag account but whenever am visiting to any toll plaza it is showing as "Blacklisted" i also called up at your customer care number on 22-October-2019, 24-Oct-2019 and 25-Oct-2019 to get this issue resolved but unfortunately this issue yet not resolved and due to this am facing "Blacklisted" issue each and every time on all toll plazas. Request you to help and resolve this issue on top priority.

                              My name is aakash in 2017 dec i was open a account in hdfc kamspur branch sonipat. Then they give me a platinum card without giving proper information of annual charges fees.in jan 2019 800 rupees was deducted to my account and my balance come down to minimum balance. And then every month some money was deducted due to this minmum balance.in march 2019 i contact to branch for closing my account but they tell please came after some time. Now i lost my all money without withdraw and also my balance goes to nagative 1286 rupees. I lost my money and also need additional money to close the account. This is all happen due to there selling a product (Platinum card).

                              I tried to withdrawal 3000 rs from other ATM than HDFC bank and i did not recieved cash
                              But withdrawl of 3000 rs message came
                              Plz resolve my problem .
                              Very pathetic experience. Staff is not at helpful and kind to guide customer. Went for address proof, photo stamp on Passbook for address and photo proof required in Passport office. I didn't get help for any of these things. Seems like, people working in branch not aware internal processes.., 👎👎👎

                                Annual Maintenance Charges for a Regular Demat account are Rs.750.
                                For a Basic Services Demat account the Annual Maintenance Charges are:
                                Holding Value between 0 to 50, 000 - Nil AMC.
                                Holding Value between 50, 001 to 2 Lacs - Rs.100 p.a.
                                Holding Value more than 2 Lacs - Rs.750 p.a.

                                  On 26th october 2019, i had gone to hdfc atm centre, park colony, jamnagar at 12 noon to withdraw money using idbi debit card.
                                  1. As i put idbi debit card in machine, typed pin no, before typing amount 5000/ cash came out. An old gentleman had just tried for money before me and he had not got the amount, which actully got delivered to me, so i gave tht 5000 to him.
                                  2. I again put the card in the second machine again as soon as i put the pin no. Even before i could type the amount i required, automatically an amount of 10, 000/ came out though i required 5000/ only but 10, 000/ came out. I got sms at 12.01pm that 10, 000/ debited from my idbi account. At 12.03, another messge came that amount of 10, 000/ again withdrawn by me from same atm machine, which i had not done. The atm machine was deliivering money only, once u put your card without even typing the amount.

                                  I got 10, 000/, but am at loss of 10, 000/ as your faulty atm machine delivered 20, 000/ on my debit card. As bank was closed i could not contact anyone except the guard consoling that you will get your money back.

                                  Sad the trust i had on hdfc atm machine was in sorry state. Am a classic hdfc account holder too.

                                  Requested to do needful to revert my 10, 000/ to me as soon as possible.

                                  I lost my debit card and applied for the same. I went to collect that card. They made me wait for a long time, .still, I didn't get that card. Because I get frustrated after waiting for a long time
                                  Please provide my cheque book argent basis

                                    This is in reference to hdfc transaction made in my account without intimating me.
                                    An amount of rs.885 has been charged on sep 13, 2019 mentioning depository charges on demat account. I have never used this account anytime and have been reporting charges applied even last year.
                                    Everytime i am asked to visit branch and notify, but currently i am in foreign country with no accessibility to visit hdfc branch to close this account. This is a pure exploitation of customers for no reason.
                                    Demat account was offered as a package at the time of opening account for free but never was informed of charging in later stage.

                                      I had complained earlier about stopping all ecs from my account. After priya nair from the branch requested me to write a letter and sign the ecs form. I did it twice on sep 17th and october 10th in mira road branch. They did nothing to stop it just to return fee of 600 rs. Every month they just charge around 5000 rs return fee. When i went to the branch again to complain they refused saying we are earning because of you around 60000 a year. I am a heart patient and need funds. They are stealing from me again.
