HDFC Bank — loan clearance : deletion of same in cibil score

It is to inform that i have cleared all the outstanding payments of personal loan against loan agreement no.29740428 and clearance to this effect also issued by hdfc bank. A copy of the same is attached.

But on checking of my cibil score it is shown as still outstanding / write off.

Request delete the same or remove from cibil score.

Updated by Tej Bahadur Pradhan It is to inform that i cleared all the outstanding dues of my personal loan agreement no.29740428. A clearance to this effect has also been issued by the hdfc bank. But while checking my cibil score the same is still reflected. A copy of loan payment clearance is enclosed herewith.

It is therefore requested to delete / remove the same from my cibil score which still showing as write off / outstanding.
