[Resolved] HDFC Bank — loan disbursal without any intimation to customer | |||
I have applied loan in hdfc bank for 300000 and then it was processed with wrong entry of my name in records even though all the documents have correct information. Because of this, my ecs got rejected which in turn affecting my cibil score. I decided to take a top up on the same loan. I have applied for 12.55 lakhs and tenure as 60 months. But without any call confirmation, my loan got processed for 36 months of tenure. Was this information helpful? | |||

Today I got the message like "Mandate reference No:XXXX HDFC[protected] issued to AVA Lifestyle products & servies PL with value Rs.1218 and frequency ADHO is received today for processing"
