Loan period end and all dues settled by me and they said one time settlement all the transection will be closed
But the saving bank dormate account they collected by me wrongly rupees 3000/- without any information i have lost cheated by bank

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We take this opportunity to clarify that all Banks are required to provide their customer database to regulatory authorities periodically. All financial institutions governed by RBI guidelines update such information to CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau of India). This is done in the normal course of business. Hence, the Bank through this does not attempt to influence any financial institution on their discretion of approval /disbursement of credit.
