I’m vaasu from hyderabad in be half of access technologies
I am your customer since past 2008 i’m using you are a terminal from past three and half years till now i din not get any charges from your merchant services but from since past 24 aug 18 i can see the low usage charges every month as of low usage charges regarding that i had already spoken to your customer care and they are going to simply telling that we had already informed you through the email but as of your bank records my email id is not updated i did not received any sms to my mobile no also this is unacceptable charges to my account and with out knowing this i am issues ecs my ecs get bounced for the account as low balance i am suffering since past aug to the till date if possible to revise of the charges which has been already applied to my account i am also sending all my current account number and atid of the both branches where are the different places one of my branch is at t dilshuknagar and another one is at narayanaguda,
Even i had many calls to your customer care centre also but no use a on 5th of dec i had made a call to customer care as she told i had already send a mail to the crm as his mail id is sandeep. [protected]@hdfcbank.com but till the date i did not get any replay or any call from your executive as i had already visited the branch i i dropped a letter to the bm also but no response and they are telling that to contact merchant service customer care
