Hi,

On 16th december, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 121217-mir[protected]". I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?
How can a bank take money from my account without my knowledge. I want my money back.

    Myself, deepti rajopadhyei went for shopping on 12th dec 2017, there i purchased products of amount 1308 but that shopkeeper deducted 13080 instead of 1308. Also he reversed the payment immediately, i. E from merchants side payment is reversed.

    As per merchant hdfc bank is not giving me my payment which is wrongly deducted.

    Phone banking people are not guiding properly, i went to hdfc kapurbavdi bank they promised they will respond even they took my no. But still there is no response.

    To deduct the amount it takes 1 minute but bank is taking 16 days to reverse the amount it is not fair.
    Applied for FasTag and got the wallet activated. How do we get the Tag. Should we collect it from any office. Will HDFC be sending the Tag to registered address?
    The toll free no is never reachable. Where do we get the FasTag from? No proper info on delivery of the Tag.
    How had donre rd from my ac of amoun 2000 monthly so pls enquier it ho has done this offence and cancelled it so without my perission this trancatin has done and i have not done any rd fro my ac of hdfc bank

      Hi,
      As a hdfc account holder, i would like to close my account. I was holding that account as a salary account. Right now i had changed my company and i am using some other card as salary account which is provided by my current company. Because of this reason, i can't maintain my min balance in this hdfc account. So that i wish to close my account.

        I had applied for a hdfc fastag on 23/11/2017 and just didn't care about it anymore coz the customer care number was not working and so on.

        All of a sudden i got a courier with this tag. I called the care number and someone did answer my call this time and found how to login and recharge my card and tried using it today in a etc lane and to my embarrassment my car was stopped as my fastag was blocked. Really!!! Omg!

        My card wallet has an opening balance of 100.00 and the card is blocked even before i could use it.

        Again tried calling[protected] and[protected] but no one takes the call. I think "it's hdfc fastag's who cares for a customer" number. Thanks again team hdfc.

        My fastag sequence number is 13058.

        Can you really provide a customer care number that is answered or can you share a mail id to reach the unreachable hdfc fastag team.

          Hi team,

          Applied credit card through hdfc, collected all the docuements requested.
          Payslips, aadhar, pan, company id proof..
          Your credit card application reference no. [protected]si
          Got calls from various agents informing that my card is approved an will be dispatched in a week and requested to subscribe card security plan and etc.

          When i opened my email id here is the suprise message "we wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank."

          What are you guys are doing? Should i trust you? If so why did you share my details to agents for rest services? Please explain yourself and look after it...

          I have several accounts at hdfc but most cumbersome thing is they do not provide in bank statement name of party whose cheque is deposited they mention only cheque number, which is not in other banks.

            This is against transactions made on swap machine on 14 dec 2017 at mahabaleshwar of rs 25k, 4k and 10k I.e total rs 39000/- to club jiva (account in HDFC Bank Mumbai) from my canara bank debit card for rs 29000/ (25000+4000)and union bank credit card rs 10000/-, as some concepts were not clear I had to cancel the agreement with them, and they agreed for the same and made the transactions VIOD SALE within 10 minutes, but till date I have not received my money back to my accounts.               An amount of Rs 300 was paid for the same . After that am not able to track my application .The toll free no. does not work neither email id or physical address.It seems like a fake site. i have given my vehicle RC book copy and all relevant ID proofs . Now because of this am not able to apply for FASTAG through other banks.

                ​Dear sir,
                with due respect i would like to state that my father (satyavan Bhardwaj) had purchased a life insurance from your esteemed organization on 19309961 the policy no is as mentioned.

                the policy premium was of 30000 and we made the policy premium payement on due date 18 may on 22nd may my father expirienced sevear pain in heart and on diagnosis at rml hospital it was diagonised as a major heart attack but after operation and stud fixing he got recoverd and was released from hospital.in 30 th of may he again felt the same problems and that time angioplasty was done, and released from hospital well on 13th june a routine checup was done and all was found satisfactory, all reports i am attaching below, and earlier also

                i have submitted the same.

                on 14th june around 6pm again he felt chest pain and while driving him to esi hospital but before we reach there he got expired. on 15th the final rituals were performed and cremation was done.

                after that we applied for the death claim o[censored]r policy, and after few days one investigation officer from ur organisation visited us and investigated with our neighbours and found that my father met with and accident and he wants to see the reports.but that was a minor accident and his leg got fractured so didnot thought to keep the pepers .

                but he asked us the same papers again and again.then after searching a lot i found few papers of handa hospital bone specialist which i submitted to him.

                then he asked us the hospital papers and we submitted the same, then he told us that i want to tell u something frankly that if you want i can help u out with your settlement as u have messed with a private policy (aapne private agency se panga liya hai), , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

                i[censored] can give me 10, 000 rupees so i will help u with your policy settlement that to within 20 date, as our company closing date is 20th. you can pay me when you will receive the money, but i straightforward declined him, he even gave his contact no to me.

                after somedays i received a msg that kindly submit your documents near ur hdfc life office.so again i sent the documents.

                but few days back on 08OCT i received a msg stating that 30131.16 rs has been transfered in my mother's account. i am unable to understand how and why it happend when i have submitted all medical reports, i was expecting the total sum assured 2, 10, 000. with other policies

                Why people again purchase hdfc life policy, sir please help me,

                      Hi i have already rajistered a complain on 14th of december. I didnt get any respond till now. I am discouraged by today incident.
                      Today when i went hdfc home branch which is in (A12, the shopping mall dlf kutub enclave phase 1. Gurgoun. Haryana 122002). I ent there because the customer care representative told me to visit directly your branch for waving off the negative balance. Its been more than 20 days that i m not getting the solution from hdfc side. Finally when i visited the branch directly i went in the morning somebody from bank told me to meet "ashish" the branch manager. The moment i told him about the problem i am facing to wave off my negative balance he bluntly denied without even checking and asked me to leave that they cannot help me onto that. I am really disappointed by the beviour of hdfc bank dlf phase 1 branch. They even dont know how to behave with a customer.

                      Its a request to you please help me out and sort out this situation.

                              I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr016958. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                              There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                              I have been with hdfc for 4 years now (Saving acc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.

                              The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                I had applied for the fastag from hdfc online on december 4, 2017.

                                I am also unable to reach their sales number:[protected], as they are always busy.

                                Their customer care number[protected] as well as emergency call number[protected] both are not working.

                                My account has already been deducted with the fees and other charges.

                                It is hard to believe that such a reputed bank having such a lousy service. Their numbers don't work. And they are also not worried about customer care at all and doesnt provide means to communicate.

                                  Hello,

                                  I bough a phone from flipkart using 0% emi and had to cancel the order as they could not deliver the product on time. The bill of my credit card got generated before they processed the refund, and bank changed interest. Now both hdfc and flipkart are denying refunding the interest they charged.
                                  Hdfc is saying that they have given emi amount to flipkart, but flipkart has given me in writing that they did not receive the emi part, which clearly shows that hdfc is lying and they are not in mood to refund the amount.
