[Resolved] HDFC Bank — mailing address change

I am trying to change only mailing address of my account for last 15 days. But it is not happening. I contacted to my bank branch, they are not helping on this.

I have written mail to hdfc support but they are alsonot replaying (Acknlodgement no:-hbl=[protected]

I want to change my mailing address as asap.

I bought a Samsung note 9 from reliance digital on 26 august 2018, during the time there was a cashback of Rs 6000 to be credited within 90 days, which is not yet credited.
Please look into the matter and get the cash back processed at the earliest.
