HDFC Bank — Mainly about the attitude of the manager sandeep Tyagi

My name Venkatesh m Shenoy, from Supreme Solar systems. We had opened one account with Your branch at vaishali Sector 1 ac no:[protected], I opened this account because one sales executive namely Anurag Mishra visited many times, then I gave all the details with documents to open the account. All went fine later after three to four days one person named Deepak his mob no: [protected] visited my office and said he came for verification and said he is relationship manager in the bank. I had a good chat with him, after 3 days again with Anurag and Deepak one Mr Sandeep Tyagi came to my office and said he is the manager of the branch and he also came for the same verification.

And at that time I clearly told about our company gave detailed description all about loans currently having with other bank in Bangalore, as our company head office is in Bangalore, he told like he will take care of everything and ensure that there won’t be any problem from their side in banking.

On[protected] my account was opened and 1 lac Rs was deducted from south Indian bank and others 1000 rs from ICICI bank, I received my cheque book in two days, on 24th I received call from Anurag stating I need NOC from existing bank, then I asked him this was not asked before opening the account and that to not even at the time ur manger visited to my office even though I said everything about existing loan. Then I told let me see whether I can arrange or not, meanwhile I received a letter from HDFC bank Sector 4 Noida stating that our account is held because we have not informed anything about the loan and a brief with that, I immediately called Mr Deepak and intimated about that, he told me no issues everybody gets that letter i[censored] r having loan with any other bank, mean while I was asked to arrange a NOC If possible or let me c what can be done, but next day I drafted a letter to Noida sector 4 branch and CC to vaishali branch which was sent through courier DTDC NO:Z9587881 Date[protected], both Letter attached with mail.

After 2 days I visited branch and met Mr tyagi and asked him if there is no other go then please close the account and refund the money, that was on 28 or 29 of July, he suggested me that there is one way that HDFC bank will send a letter to my existing bank and ask if there is any objection continuing this account. If they reply stating yes then we will close the account and if no reply within days we will continue the account. He also told me that there are three holidays in between so there is a possibility. So on 13-august I called Deepak regarding the status, he said he is out of bank but on 16-aug either we will close or continue.

From 16th I started facing problem, despite many calls he told me I am talking to someone and all other crap. On 20th he told me account is closed with three to four days I will hand over you the DD. On 25th Again Anurag called me and said he is bringing one form where it has to be signed to close the account, I asked what where you doing these days and he gave me more reasons. I called Mr Deepak and told I am out of office now it will be signed and sent to branch with my staff and I asked him do you want any other letter to hand over the DD as I am going to US and I won’t be available for 10 Days. He promised me and said I will give the DD to him.

Meanwhile when I was in US my person daily visited the branch and they gave much reason like server down many problems. But you please imagine I received message on 14-September sating that 101000 is deducted from my account, I directly contacted Mr Sandeep taygi, I told him about the delay I was shocked to hear the reply, “ THIS CASE CAME TO ME ON MONDAY 12- SEP AND I DID WITHIN 2 DAYS I HAVE DONE MY JOB” I really felt bad because that branch is under him and gives reply like this, and he told me that authority letter should be issued in his name then only we can hand over the DD despite many request he replied in a rude way and said I can’t do anything I cannot hand over the DD I will courier today itself, but till now I didn't receive my DD in my address.

“FOR APPROXIMATE 30 DAYS OF HARASSMENT LIKE COME TOMORROW, COME LATER AND THIS TYPE OF ATTITUDE” I think even government offices are far better in front this HDFC branch. Please let me know the status of the DD.

My main moto to write this mail is

1) To inform you about the happening in branch and later no other customer face this problem

2) To know the current status of My DD.
